Assumptions are an incredibly important factor in evolution. We make survival-based judgments based on experience-gained knowledge. And when someone makes an incorrect assumption about me based solely on my gender, I assume they either: A) Don't have enough life experience to look for other factors, or B) Don't have time or energy to make the distinction. Either way, it seems like a silly waste to get offended.

I agree that we should be able to work better together, but it is idiotic to assume that because someone is female they will be better at organizing, or that because someone is male they should do the heavy lifting.

I am female and lack the capacity to multi-task. Also, I have no fashion sense. My thought patterns are linear and logical. I do not support the idea that any individual is "better" than another simply because of any external identifiers.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
