After reading about 15-20 comments on that thread, its sad that is what you take this away from their stories. What I read was some pretty great experiences and memories with the men in their lives. Not projecting what men are or should be, but everyday experiences with the people they love.

I certainly noticed the lack of comments in /r/feminism compared to /r/mensrights. I cant help but think from my experience with the /r/feminism maybe if they didnt ban folks williy nilly they would have more activity and more discussion. Just saying. For instance I seem to be banned from /r/feminism and ive never commented or posted there. Not once. I cant even subscribe. They seem to be shooting themselves in the foot over there.
