Dude, there are so many great sales organizations looking for eager salespeople. You don't have to start great, be willing to learn and put in work with the company. If you're in a shitty organization, it is definitely way harder, but you can be great anywhere if you learn basic sales. I started off doing door-to-door sales, grew through that company, won a bunch of awards there, ran all of their sales training and onboarding, and now run am running a global consumer insights company. Never Split the Difference - Chris Voss It's an excellent read (the audiobook version is great too); it teaches you great negotiation principles and takes your emotional intelligence to another level. A lot of them are counter-intuitive and will change the way you engage with people. One of my top 3 books of all time 👍

Do it. It's one of the best things I've done for my health, emotional state, and productivity. I climb mountains, sail, ride, climb trees and run a successful business. Caffeine is a drug. Get off the drugs bro, do cold plunges instead. You got this 🤙
