I was just thinking the other day about how every man I've dated has used my razor, without asking and some continued to use it after I said no. So frustrating that going and buying their own is too much work while wearing mine out and they can be expensive!

Exactly this. I broke up with my last boyfriend because of this exact reason. Depth! He did everything right on paper, without fail but when it came to specific things about me he floundered. It took me awhile to realize it but I finally understood at the end. He wants to be a great boyfriend and have a girlfriend eventual wife. That's it, I was playing a role to him. He never took a specific interest in anything I did only general interest. I found him to be extremely boring at the end. I never…

If other dudes won't even hang out with him there is something seriously wrong with his character or personality.

I have slide locks on all my outside doors. They take 1 minute to install and make me feel a lot safer when I'm home. Just one extra layer of security.

The cop who did the investigation and let him go is in jail for 50 plus years on child porn conviction. Had it been a different person the outcome might have been different back then. I really hope his children were not raped.

The biggest red flag for me is when a guy complains about my leg or armpit hair. I epilate so it has to grow out before I can remove it again. It tells me right away I am not a person to them only an object to have sex with.

My personal growth goal is to wake up earlier. Since quarantine I've had a habit of waking up around 930am and it's just not productive.

Every time except for once when I try to coach a man on oral he either completely gives up or starts complaining that other women didn't have a problem with the way he did it. And it completely kills the mood. I'm not talking about detailed instructions either. I usually just request for them to go slower and I get immediate push back. It's crazy to me how men will say "oh, you have to tell them what you like" and then when you do they freak out on you. I've had the same problem when men are try…

Thank you so much for writing this! It's everything I was feeling but couldn't put into words. It is so freeing once you stop giving a shit about what others think.

I am having a hard time reading the book as well. It brings up memories that were pushed way down and now I'm forced to feel them again. Once I start to get that feeling I stop where I am and I make a journal entry on what I am feeling. After I started doing that I felt immensely better! Being able to write down all the thoughts and feelings that were coming up was so freeing. If you don't write in a journal I suggest it! At the very least for reading this book or any other times your old trauma…

He linked some article about how only 7% of people identify as feminist and it's because of radical feminists driving people away. Honestly I stopped talking to him after that. The red flag was there, he was putting down women and women's rights.

I had a man make a negative comment about feminists so I showed him the textbook definition of it and asked him what exactly he didn't agree with. He clarified by saying he meant radical feminism...well okay you need to say that next time then.

In the comments of the post the OP links a screenshot of the texts. It made me even more upset.

I don't think it matters what you say. If a guy wants to talk to you he will. I could give my best jokes and they disappear. That's fine, I'm glad I didn't waste anymore of my time. Don't get down on yourself.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
