Both? Usually it's not that I can't approach people it's just that I have no desire to. I'm quite honestly not really interested in meeting random girls in places though I've accepted that I probably should. I prefer to meet people through people. And when girls are into me I tend to either not realize it at first or deny it because I have anxiety about sexuality. I honestly never TRY to flirt. I'd rather just be myself and be natural but apparently that doesn't really do much for me.
