This makes me think of animal farm. They believe they are 'infinitely superior'. Just like how the animals believed they could do better without humans. The animals overthrew the humans and had control over the farm. Over time, the most intelligent animals (the pigs) took more and more control. Long story short the pigs actually make the farm worse than the humans, and by the end of the book, the other animals looked between the humans and the pigs, and couldnt decipher which was which.

Austria is supposed to be especially bad. if there is a female and male candidate for a job, then the female will almost definitely get it. However, if you ever try to google these things, the only results are didcrimination against women in austria, which is actually one of the worlds leading 'equality' countries. And before anyone asks for a source, i remember reading a post on this sub from a man in austria detailing his experiences, so i have no source. Im extremely sorry.
