2	anger control Go watch some of those teacher/principal-comes-to-the-worst-school-and-cleans-up movies and step into that role. Your team is sinking and nobody else is going to step up. So: instead of whining and griping about it, make this about being a leader and making a difference on the team. Sounds like you wouldn't mind getting fired, so you have nothing to lose stepping out of the role you've fallen into by default.
