If you really want to be high speed, use a security token to secure your password manager. I personally use a Yubikey that I keep on me at all times - no way to unlock the password manager without it. Then use completely random passwords using a generator for all new passwords.

That resulted in a personality that immediately thought of the needs of others before myself, in a perpetual effort to gain favor and affirmation from everyone around me, in place of the love and the support I never got growing up. Going on night #1 after she moved out today. No kids, but her taking the dog makes it somehow worse - the silence is terrifying and I'm afraid I'm going to drown in it. I'll try to practice what you posted. This is hard.

Thanks for the update. I've lurked on this sub for a while, and my STBXW dropped the bomb on me during couples counseling this week. I'm still reeling and working my way through the stages of grief, and I hate that it's not going to be better for a while.
