"The results of this study might be skewed because of two factors: results from a study using self-selected participants might not yield the same results as a study using random selection, and a bias might exist among men who are more likely to visit a men's issues website in that they might be more self-aware, or more than normally concerned with their sexuality or health. The role of circumcision trauma might be better understood in a complex multi-factorial perspective, rather than in this ca…

Really? You think that an article entitled: Alexithymia and Circumcision Trauma: A Preliminary Investigation, draws conclusions? I actually read the study. You read the fucking article. STFU and GTFO

Did YOU read it? Doubtful

I always think correlation warrants further investigation. This is certainly enough to give one pause but let's not let our righteous indignation lead us down the wrong path. It would be premature at this juncture to use this as evidence in a crusade. I won't speculate as to other causes. Edit: wow really? Downvoted for rationalism? Edit2: Unsubscribing from /r/Mensrights now. I can't believe that rational men would let their zealotry override their logic.

Correlation is not causation Edit: Bring on the downvotes. Correlation is not proof but it is certainly a jumping off point for further investigation which very well may lead to solid evidence of causation. At this point, using this study would be a case of post hoc ergo propter hoc.

Because birth control can't protect you from HIV. But then you knew that. You also knew that's what the case was actually about. I don't know why, but I expected more from you AnnArchist.

I've seen the film and thought it was great. The rape scene in question is clearly rape rape.

Sorry no, troll. Condoms break on me, no allergies. Vasectomy is not an option as I someday want children.
/r/MensRights08/08/11 06:11 PM

There is a segment of the population that can't use condoms. There is another group that won't. I happen to fall into the former and cannot wait for the male pill.

Explain to me how it would. Ah, you see? It changes nothing.

I've already spent more time discussing this than I gave thought to the original post. It was creepy but not creepy enough to justify this level of defense.

Nope. The phrasing in this instance is creepy.

/r/MensRights12/06/11 03:13 PM

Ya, I understood it at the end. It doesn't change the fact that it's creepy.
/r/MensRights12/06/11 03:10 PM

Wrong. It's creepy because it implies the children are ladies. It then goes on to state they are the only 'ladies' he needs. It is creepy

Most men don't care if a woman fakes it or not because we don't care if she gets off or not. It's HER JOB, not ours.

AND "In schleswig-Holstein near hamburg taken 141 (normal?) cucumbers, tomatoes, milk products, squash" I Schleswig-Holstein, inte långt från Hamburg, har man tagit 141 prov från bland annat gurkor, tomater, mjölkprodukter, squash
/r/MensRights01/06/11 04:47 AM

also "Said (something) chief Cornelia Profer-Stocks in Hamburg" (säger Cornelia Prüfer-Storcks, sjukvårdschef i Hamburg)
/r/MensRights01/06/11 04:42 AM

Honestly and without aided translation I can tell you they tested (tester) spanish (spanska) Cucumbers (gurkor). Of the four cucumbers we tested (Av fyra gurkor som vi har testat har). And honestly that's all I can decipher with my exposure to Swedish.
/r/MensRights01/06/11 04:30 AM

Good guess. I'm sure that's his opinion, but I'm not wrong. There are maybe 4 languages closer to English than Swedish and over 100 that aren't. In my book that puts them "Very close"

Poor phrasing on my part. The similarities can't be discounted
/r/MensRights01/06/11 12:32 AM

Swedish is probably one of the closest languages to English. I've got some Swedish friends who will chatter away in Bork and I can pick up about 1/4 of their meaning.

I'd say "Fuck Yea" but it's totally random to get a parking and land route pass on Montauk. If is DOES happen, I'll surely drop you a line, friend.
/r/MensRights31/05/11 05:34 AM

Who the fuck are you? Not part of this conversation, clearly.
/r/MensRights31/05/11 04:19 AM
2

Having ocean is great if I'm hitting Montauk but otherwise it's not. I don't fish Swordfish which is really the best part about my area. I spend a lot of time in Maine and Sturgeon there are just insane. There's probably 1000 of them for every striper.
/r/MensRights31/05/11 02:52 AM
2

I take it you live down south? Up here in CT I'm fishing brook trout or stripers. Alewives and Sturgeon are illegal to take here and you now need a license to fish brackish. It's total bullshit

You are a moron. WOW, so stupid
/r/MensRights29/05/11 02:42 AM

It's not cut and dry. If we're talking about an above board lease situation in an unshared space, then yes, the law applies. If you're talking about anything else then it is easily skirted
/r/MensRights29/05/11 02:39 AM

Just like women don't lie about rape. I have found in my 32 years on earth that women will lie and cheat for the most of petty reasons. I have no reason to believe that raising the stakes would have any effect on this whatsoever.
/r/MensRights28/05/11 06:56 AM
11

Agree. Renting any unshared space and this would be a crime but to say it is blanket illegal is not accurate.
/r/MensRights28/05/11 06:51 AM

Aside from the dem bashing, I agree wholeheartedly

All women suffer underlying mental issues, which is part of the reason I'm no longer dating. It's always "My best friend is such a bitch, I'm glad I fucked her husband" or "They locked me in a box for 3 days straight, I had to poop in there and everything. That's why I have trust issues". Just get over it already, GEEEEZ.

/r/MensRights28/05/11 06:22 AM
-21

No it is not
/r/MensRights28/05/11 06:22 AM

Yeah, that's the way the justice system works, if it seems reasonable that a crime's been committed, people get arrested and questioned. You'd think the blogwriter would know this shit. That is not how it works. No warrants shall be issued except upon PROBABLE CAUSE. The suspicion is enough to detain a person for questioning, but certainly not arrest them. But don't let that stop you righteous indignation, buster.
