If its a new jurisdiction you may need to go do something asap. With the new residence she may be able to 1) Change schools 2) Change schedules 3) Get the case moved to a different county court . There is a time limit after which it is permanent for each county. Not a lawyer but went through a similar thing.

We just went through this. They call it a goose and gander eval - wherein they will have both parties go for it. This was 5000 total and 2500 each . This was useful in two regards. Ot brought out all the things she was lying about and it made me feel very good about myself. Also it got me 1.5 years (probably) more of sole custody of my child which is what I wanted.

The PFA is probably still temporary. Do what they ask you to do. Probably going to be anger management. I was in this situation and had ZERO custody. Today I have 96% custody and am a much better person/father because of this. Don't give up hope and keep on fighting for your kid. The turning point for me was when the mediator saw how connected I was to my kid.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
