Keep multiple conversations going and I don't reply instantly to anybody, try to be mentally disciplined and prevent myself from caring too much about any of them. Keep busy doing other things especially if I notice I'm waiting on messages from anyone. If they send me a message that's difficult to reply to I just don't. 10	My boyfriend didn't like the way I brought up an issue Ugh I hate this so much. I'm glad you put it into those words. Sometimes I felt conflicted reading FDS after my breakup because all these terrible stories of absolute trash men made me feel like the guy I was with wasn't so bad. He had plenty of good qualities. But at the end of the day he was not a HVM, maybe not the worst LVM, but he failed to meet pretty basic standards. Important message being that we shouldn't second guess just because there are some good things about the man!
