6	Focus on yourself I'm not a pickup artist or a "stud" by any means. However I'm going through the same kind of mental brain storm you're going through. What I would say though is one, improve your confidence, body language. pick up a hobby, doesnt matter what it is, just get good at it and develop it into a real skill. Dress well, read books and take care of your hygienes. Most importantly make plans/ have a daily routine. Once you have all that together, you're basically all set.
