Be a wing woman. I know you said you don't want to go out with guys, but the thing is you can practice. Help approach girls for them, talk to some random people with them. This way you can start with very low effort and no risk. Make sure they know you want them to reciprocate sooner or later. Any guy worth his salt would jump at the chance to have a wing woman and then help her get laid, as you would really help him get laid.

It smells of rejection only if you are focused on it and make it sound like that. The other side is, guess what, she already had plans. People DO make plans and sometimes they honestly do want to go out, but are busy. You don't "lose control" because you offered a different specific date. This is exactly what I mean about thinking too hard. This one girl does not have anything to do with anything else and you shouldn't put words or thoughts into her mouth. Giving a second option if the first doe…

I think I understand your problem with my response. It was not intended to be a "line" just a suggestion to trigger a natural progression for something he would say normally. I'm not saying "do this exactly" as the words are useless, unless they are his, but just keep the conversation moving to get the specific date nailed down or move on. Just have fun, who cares. Based on the small of details we have it appears he had opportunity, and she had not shut him down.

Meh, fine, you hate it. I maintain thinking too hard is really an issue, this is a simple, quick and no brainer response. Set a date, though if the second date gets turned down wait for something organic again. However you phrase it, play with the answer and challenge because it is fun. If you would say it to any other friend, say it to her. Before you say blah blah you are giving too many opportunities etc. That is BS, treat everyone like you treat your actual friends. It isn't about some fake …

"What am I, not one of your friends? Hah, ok so since you had those plans first, and you gotta keep your promises to your friends, how about x day."

It isn't, and i've discussed this quite a bit with my friends that happen to be girls. This is why it is difficult for many people and think the opposite sex is some random mystery, they put all kinds of thoughts and expectations out there that just don't exist. You are presenting a question that requires an answer. If she wants to see you again she has to say yes or give an alternative. Anything else and she can decide later or just forget. The actual fact of you not seeming to be super busy is…

I think you all are just thinking too much. It isn't about availability, that's a red herring and gets into psychology that does not exist. All we are talking about having to answer a question, yes or no. Think about it, when someone says to you "hey let's do lunch sometime" you may respond "Yeah, sounds great man" then you never get to it. "Let's do tuesday" and it goes on your calendar. Has NOTHING to do with being busy or not being available or anything like that. Just limiting choices and fo…

I just play one on tv. My advice is only to take it easy on the pain killers and/or figure out a better way to drink and not get a hangover in the first place.

No doubt, your information is correct for the most part. : "But there’s evidence that much lower amounts will harm the liver in some people. According to the FDA working group, the median daily dose associated with the liver injuries recorded in the agency’s adverse event database and in a large liver failure study was 5,000 mg to 7,500 mg. That’s uncomfortably close to 4,000 mg, the current daily limit for safe intake, so the working group recommended lowering it to 3,250 mg, which works out to…

Unfortunately this isn't correct. Tylenol/Acetominophen and alcohol combined are actually much worse for your liver than one or the other individually, which throws the 3g number out. There are a number of studies looking into liver damage or up to failure caused by acetominophen alone (with fairly amazing results, 20-30% of all failures can be attributed), but the combination has traditionally had reports of major issues due to how they can work off each other. Fortunately, most people don't no…

Years ago I had a bunch of girls who thought I was cute. I thought the same as you, but 10-15 years later it appears that all of them had crushes on me, I just completely missed it. Cute is safe. They can say that without any issue or social stigma even if they think you are on their top 5 list. Challenge them and say "Look, i'm not cute, I'm hot." or some such comment. Then next time you talk you can say "So this air quote Cute end quote guy is taking you out on thursday. Be there." Have fun wi…

I think the discussion here points out something different and something similar about the theory of men vs women in looks. For men, it isn't really that hard to do all of the above, a proper diet, proper aerobic activity and proper weightlifting WILL have you achieving your goals. For women the same physical rules apply. I've always felt like I needed to look better, but it doesn't run my life. I have my girl, I have my health and I have my job. Of course I think about looking better at times. …

If she said she liked it you have to take it at face value, just like the boy's opinion. I understand both points, but what about the shame a boy must face when saying he was raped when others are trying to give him a high five? Different side of the same coin and something that meaninglessly would be brought up on CNN or Fox with a panel of useless "experts." Interesting, but just fluff and does not face the real problem of rape. What I was saying is that it doesn't really matter if they do or …

This is why there is an agreed upon age of consent. If you are below it, you have no capability of saying yes or no, so it should bear no impact on what "regular people" think. Enjoying it or not is not part of the equation. I know this doesn't directly correlate but someone might enjoy abusing their drug of choice, does that mean it is right/good to drink till oblivion? Some obviously would say yes, some would say no. What if a teacher gave a bottle of whiskey to a kid? The kid might enjoy the …
