There are wealthy black men who do this too, it's not always the bottom of the barrel dudes although it usually is. It's really all about self hate and self loathing. No human being who is whole inside and has self worth and likes themselves will ever utter such nonsense to another human being.

Uh what? No, this is not the way at all. As a spiritual person I will tell you that it's one thing to be cautious of people who will not have your good will at heart and take measures to protect yourself by not accepting any form of disrespect, it's another thing to become a poisonous person full of hate and contempt. This will not serve you well. Take a few steps back. Don't transform yourself into something you don't like to get back at anyone. This is not who you want to be.

Please listen to this woman ladies!! Especially about the work thing. My dad has lost every good job and always has an excuse for it. He got a nice teaching job one year after being unemployed/underemployed for a while and lost it within a week. Same for the college instructor job he got and all the substitute teaching jobs he ever got. He has a ready excuse for each of them.

Imagine needing another human being to date you to not feel depressed, lonely. Also imagine needing romantic interest from another person to have self esteem. What a sad life.

Even parents can't be depended on for unconditional so I don't understand why expecting women (yes it's usually women who are expected to show it) to give unconditional love in romantic relationships is normalized. No adult should be loved by a non parent unconditionally. It is not healthy even for the person being loved.

Human beings, unless they are able to shake free of social conditioning will naturally follow incentives and as it stands, there's wayyy more incentives (although they don't last long and are usually empty) for being a pick me. You get social media validation, easy cheap and empty validation from men (which you can only get from lvm btw), social status (of "having a man" regardless of what kind of man he is), cool girl status, "empowered" woman status etc. These incentives are a lot to a woman w…

Thank you!!!! Honestly I've been wondering this too. I don't have any problem with going on vacation but traveling seems to be all some guys love to talk about. I had one guy tell me he travels to visit a new state every month, something about it just felt off. It's like traveling is some maturity/adulthood ritual. How do you build a LIFE when you are constantly traveling?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
