I wouldn’t normally recommend cosmetic surgery to anyone, but in your case I think it would significantly improve your facial aesthetics. You have a medical issue that caused it and your are just fixing that. The recovery won’t be fun, but two months of pain/discomfort will be over before you know it. I wouldn’t worry about it being botched, just find a good surgeon.

Who knows, people only like hearing what they want to hear.

Except OP specifically states they weren’t looking for advice, just wanted to hear our thought.

She told you she hasn’t loved you in years and then walked it back. I would believe the first statement. She is likely stringing you along so she can have her comfortable life. Just my opinion.

I felt the same way and reconciled with my ex after almost three years of separation. 10 years later we are split again and I feel like I've wasted so much time. In my opinion: move on, don't look back. He is not worth it.

Similar situation, similar length of time. I was broken for a long time. She became a different person. It was like the person I knew had died, but I was prevented from mourning for her because an evil twin was now in her body.

You might want to see someone and talk about that

Sold mine as scrap with some other old jewelry. No reason to keep it.

This is why girls end up with good-looking douchebags who don't treat them well.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
