5	In France its ILLEGAL to make a DNA test by father. If you try to make a DNA test secretly you will face a year in prison and a 15,000 € fine. So you stay the legal father even if the wife cheated. So basically, you get a secret one done. If the results helps you in court (for example, kid isn't yours) you can just demand one there since you should be fairly certain what the outcome is. If the results won't help you in court (for the examples sake the other possibility, kid is yours) you could then decide if you want to take this to court or not. 1	A woman who molested an 8 year old boy so badly that his guardians "regularly have to comfort him and hold him at night so he can feel safe and loved" was sentenced to 3 years in prison. She argued for probation instead because "it’s important for those with mental illness to feel loved and valued" Court records show Duncan has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder as well as schizotypal personality disorder and was prescribed lithium and Abilify for her mental illnesses. I'm not well read up on her disorders but it sounds like the judge deemed them severe enough to let her have probation. If she was mentally well I'd imagine the outcome would be different. Other then that I'd say that removing the rights of a demographic for "revenge" (Women being allowed to vote later then men) or fixing problems (people having different views than the author) is the wrong approach.
