Hate to break it to you, but she has several jobs. Maybe he's just saying things like that because they're in the middle of a nasty divorce.....hmmmm

Why do you assume she doesn't make her own money?

Gotta love reddit's casual misogyny.

So giving yourself 10 to 20 minutes to have an emotional release means you are now incapable of finding a solution? In those 10 to 20 minutes of crying, every single job opportunity in your scenario has gone away, right? Having a moment of emotion means you are now unable to think logically for the rest of your life? I love the logic of this sub sometimes. /s

So we're going to completely ignore the "dad bod" happening?

I mean there's plenty of overweight men who refuse to date overweight women. How is this a Men's rights issue?

Take a minute to stop and realize that at the time I posted that, it had numerous upvotes.

I can definitely agree that society gives men the short end of the stick when it comes to homelessness.

I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you're being genuine. The hyperbole in your example does nothing to benefit anyone. Men disproportionately face homelessness, and that's a serious issue. Saying a woman thinks she's homeless because she doesn't have wood beams in her kitchen is idiotic.

Dude, you'll have to tell me what's right with it, because there's no context that makes that statement accurate.

For women, being homeless means something along the lines of not having exactly every luxury interior design you saw in a magazine. While others before you have done a great job at bringing men's rights issues to the public eye, do not be fooled that you had anything to do with it. You hurt your cause when you utter tripe like what I quoted.

And this sub wants people to take it seriously?

The term is stupid, but studies show that women are interrupted more often than men. http://jls.sagepub.com/content/early/2014/05/09/0261927X14533197?papetoc

You mean not all feminists groups can be painted with the same brush?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
