For me it’s the opposite. On track I prefer the manual, because it’s more fun and demanding. At the same time, I think manual is more dangerous, because when you are really pushing it, with manual there’s a higher chance of making an error ( heel&toeing, focusing on revmatching etc, and not 100% focused on surroundings, or other cars when driving on roads). I get your point, and I also stand behind the proper manual in sportscars. But for me personaly, I prefer the paddle shifter in cars above 300hp. Don’t get me wrong I love the manual, the downshifts revmatching and everything. For me the best of them all is 991.1 GT3 because it has rev limiter even higher then GT3rs, somewhere around 9500rpm ! That must be orgasmic sound for sure. Everyone just says buy the bmw one. I do not have warranty anymore. But my plan is to buy original bmw one, and then look on the bottle for specifications sheet and find some aftermarket coolant according to specs written on the original bmw bottle ;)
