Yes. Since going MGTOW about a year ago I have noticed a steep decline in my alcohol consumption. The beauty about MGTOW and swallowing the red pill, in my opinion, is that I am able to diagnosis and avoid unfavorable economic situations with much more ease then in my past. I'm a sub of his YouTube channel. I do like some of his videos, but he gets redundant - quickly. And he may or may not have participated in Doxing of Barbarossa and StarDusk. I have no comment on his books. I have never, and am not planning on reading them.

I, too, am 28 years old. Thought of having a vasectomy has also crossed my mind, but I ended up nixing the idea for the time being. Wow this list really hit home. I was in a 2 year relationship with the type of girl you describe (every point 1-15). I even attempted to marry her.
