I had a similar experience last weekend at the club, this random hoe was dancing on the table next to ours half naked and kept looking at me. It sounds like you were on Accutane like myself. A common side effect is depression and dry lips. I was on a very low dose so I did not have any side effects thankfully.

My reasoning was that since I am cutting and don't have that much energy, I should stick to GZCLP which has low volume. I walk uphill for my cardio, but I could crack down on my diet more for sure.

I've seen the best gains from this program so far. I did a brosplit and PPL before. Nothing comes close to gzclp, at least for me.

Thank you for your comment but I don't have issue with breakouts anymore as I was on a low dose accutane for 6 months which cleared my acne mostly. My issue is with scarring. I didn't have anyone that would tell me to not do it, but I was in a really bad state at the time. I can't explain it but I kept popping my acne just to feel anything at the time and I strongly urge anyone that has issue with acne to see a derm and don't touch it.

I guess I should've added some stats, youre right. I am 27 years old 6'2 225lbs, don't know my bodyfat but it is still above 20%. I have saggy skins from these 60lbs lost so it kinda disheartened me from further weightloss. I follow gzclp and my current 5x3 lifts are: bench: 195lbs squat: 240lbs deadlift: 285lbs
