| 1 | [Twitter] Stop gendering issues that aren’t a gender-specific issue! 51.3% of men, and 48.7% of women. BuT wOmEn!!Exactly, my first thought was it’s a campaign to make women more aware that they’re just as capable of suffering strokes as men are. I thought this sub would be discussions on how to get men and women to advocate for more inclusive societal norms ie. men have emotions and are allowed to show them, removing stigma around men seeking mental health services, single dads being just as normal as single mothers, the stigma of courts favoring mothers during custody hearings.
