Show all the bad examples of feminism to them, all the crazy stuff that doesn't make any sense. "oh look at this! Isn't this fucked up? hahaha, she's a crazy feminist." Laugh about it, and she'll obviously take you stance and laugh about it some more. The more you show the public freakouts, the less she'll associate herself with them. Worked on me.

Actual rape is a horrendous thing, that said it should be treated in the court of law and investigated properly. What worries me is that the feminist movement will use this as a reason why some women won't come to the police for help, regretfully. Rape is scary, being an unwilling participant to sex through force is very difficult to live with, man or woman. It's a crime and should be treated as one.

It's such a shame that feminism went the way it it, the "idea" was whole hearted and meant to make the world better. But you know what they say, roads leading to the worlds atrocities have been paved with good intentions. Edit: Spelling and such

The best I found was this article from the local university paper. If I find anything else I'll post it.

Thank you for the insight, you're absolutely right, there could be more to this. We'll have to wait and see if this exposure might reveal a few truths we've overlooked.

Exactly, she was probably dating a prick when she wrote that.

This theory can also be applied to why unattractive and overweight girls go out with more appealing girls, when a more attractive girl gives them validation they feel better about themselves. Then when they're at the bar and the guys are flirting with her friend...instant anguish. Thank you for the enlightenment.

My mom used to tell me that my dad was a loser that couldn't even dress himself. He was a successful rcmp officer who litteraly moved just so they could be closer to us. My mom was a horrible person.

TL;DR of the video, in her words: "All I want for Christmas is you" - Mariah Carrey It implies that all women desire nothing but a man for Christmas, and if it was sang by a man the lyrics could be interpreted as bordering on stalker territory. Then she mentions wanting a scythe for Christmas (wtf?). "I saw mommy kissing Santa Clause" The story is about a poor kid who's watching his mother cheat on her husband while he has to watch the whole thing. Best scenario would be that it's his father, bu…

Is there a more reliable source than a redirect to a website based in Calgary? That's across the country from Fredericton.

Another article quotes: "The logical - let me repeat that - logical solution would be to address the lighting and security issues for 'both' genders and proceed accordingly," writes TyGin, a commenter on the CBC web site. He goes on to say, "women have been attacked in parking structures where there is darkness and poor lighting, but to designate a specific spot as 'women only' parking would only serve to 'isolate' women and expose them to even more danger by concentrating their presence." On Tw…

It could have been much worse, this type of thing happened to a friend of mine except she did it to get herself pregnant. He has to pay child support until the kid's 18 years old. Very malicious of her to bring another human being into the world under these circumstances.

Being in the military I've learnt the difference between a good leader and a bad leader. The bad leader is spineless and can't make up a decision without mom and dad (the bosses), they're more likely to bend backwards for the hire ups. They have zero initiative and will do only what is required for themselves and their boss. The good leader will take the initiative to make a decision on the spot as to complete the required task. If someone under his command needs help he will take care of the pe…
