What are you talking about? Go ahead and lift hard as fuck but if you went in the gym and lifted until you fucking passed out every day you'd just end up hurting yourself. I'm merely stressing the importance of rest. "Muscle growth occurs whenever the rate of muscle protein synthesis is greater than the rate of muscle protein breakdown. There's such thing as overworking yourself. Building new muscle requires breaking down old muscle. If you don't give yourself some rest time for your body to build that new muscle you'll never improve.

I'm learning JS as well. Definitely not easy but it'll be worth it in the long run. I feel like knowing a programming language (especially JS) will bring in more income one way or another. Keep it up.

Positives: I had been out of the gym for a week but hit it hard this week, got back on creatine. Can't decide if hitting legs right now is even worth my time, I'm a pretty tall and skinny guy so I'm thinking of just focusing hard on arms, chest, and back (thoughts?). Bought a domain name and got my website up and running. Still a work in progress but it's active now. Worked on learning coding a little more. Be careful working out twice a day, you put yourself at a higher risk for injury and you can only get so many gains per day. If you do work out twice a day I'd say lift weights first session, then cardio/core/interval training for the second session. Keep it up bro.
