I usually do a meet and greet with someone who's questionable looking in the photos. I live near campus and all of my matches are close by as well so it's not that hard logistically. It also puts the girl at ease since it's not a full date commitment with someone over Tinder.

Holy Hannah that was a bad set to film on. Too many distractions made it hard to focus on the content of the video, which was pretty good

The article is behind a paywall, but Google can get you behind it, like OP said in his post.

I don't think this is stressed enough. Yes, texting can be used to facilitate attraction, but usually only after the first or second successful date.

That's a tough spot to be put in. If you made it clear to her that it was a date, then she is partly to blame for it. After they were asking you to stay, I would've said just for a few minutes or so, depending on what they were doing, but then say that you didn't want to fall behind on your plans for the date ("this place we're going to closes in an hour," "i have to get back a bit early tonight because I have work," "we want to get good seats," etc). This way, you're nice about them inviting yo…

Yes, that would partly be my fault because I actually don't drink

To the point that she knowingly drank and knew her judgement would be impaired, yes, she is partly responsible

There are lines implying the girl gets drunk before she stays the night, so there's that. But she chose to drink, so she's responsible for what happens

I only sent the one about my grandpa just so she knew that I knew why she added me. Not planning on sending any more messages to them

I still have short conversations with girls, but I always lead the convo to a meet up later on

Communication over text message is the bare minimum when it comes to the amount of information shared. You don't get any intonation, body language, facial expressions, or any of the other nonverbal nuances you get with face to face interaction. Once you've known the person for a couple weeks and learn their mannerisms, it's easier for you to fill in the blanks yourself.

I use texting with girls to strictly meet up with them later. Only after knowing someone for a couple weeks of face to face contact can you use texting to have full conversations

If you want an easy routine to get started, look up strong lifts 5X5. It's the program I've been on for the past month and love it. Progression happens each week, so your confidence boosts a ton when you're lifting heavier than you ever have

Sometimes the hard part is creating the right moment when it's not there. This is a good way to do so. Personally, I like saying "wait" to grab her attention, meet her eyes with mine, then go for the kiss

I'm surprised no one mentioned /r/fitness. Their sidebar has great resources for beginners
