Highly dependent on local customs. In Eastern Europe you're expected to pay. You're a man, you invite, you pay. That's it. In Central Europe the custom is that the person who invites - pays. And it doesn't matter if you're inviting a friend for a beer, a family for dinner or a girl for a coffee. You pay at least the first round. As for "better if you don't pay" and "she offers to pay" it really depends on girl and - again - local customs. In Eastern Europe it can be seen as "I don't want you to …

So if you made the choice of LTR and being faithful that's great ; but it should not ever be an absolute rule, you should not be always available emotionally if she's not always there for your needs. Hell no, I don't recommend that to guys. I'm just saying IF you decided, be a man of your word. And if you plan on changing that, either tell her or break up with her. Don't lie and cheat.
/r/TheRedPill24/05/19 08:45 PM

I don't view that romanticism as a choice. Some guys are simply into building something else than spinning plates. And speaking from experience, some go through phases. I've been spinning plates and I've been in LTRs that lasted a long time. I also, shock/horror, was monogamous after the spinning period. Do what you want to do (but read the warning labels). Sorry, I don't know what I was thinking.

Some are insecure, some just enjoy coming back home to a loving and pleasant girl. Most are a mix.

It doesn't mean u should cheat, but just don't be afraid of it or of the repercussions on your relationship it just makes you weak. Cultivating attaction is great. Cheat or don't regarding how your sex life is going (but if its not going well, you probably don't keep the right frame) I was always in the "you shouldn't cheat" camp. If you want to sleep with other girls, don't agree to monogamy in the first place. You should make it obvious from the very beginning that she's not the only one.

You're right about the affection. I should've written "affection & comfort" or something like that but we all know we shouldn't chase 'comfort' ...

Well it's almost the same that what I wrote in "know a) what to do to minimize that chance b) choose the girls carefully c) be prepared in case everything falls apart." Kudos on pointing out the abundance part. I subscribe to Rivelino's 30/30 rule ("The 30/30 rule: Don't get married until you're at least 30 years old, and have banged at least 30 girls.")

That's a really bad scenario. It is possible to go from "just sex" to a relationship. The other way around? Good luck with that.

Self-deprecating humor makes her think deep inside "maybe it's true what he is saying" or "maybe he's insecure and is covering that with jokes". Not always, not for everyone, not all the time. I've approached thousands of women and I can joke that "I'm really shy around women". She laughs because she knows it's not true - she's seen me acting boldly and confidently prior to that joke. It is very hard to pull off, most guys can't do it and when giving general advice I avoid recommending things th…

the way to "not fuck up" is by being confident and having solid frame control. escalate kino appropriately (don't start groping ass or tits too soon). isolate away from people who know her to avoid ASD. You're listing various ways of avoiding "no". And that was exactly my point.
/r/TheRedPill12/09/17 09:24 AM

That's not the way to go. Learn to control your breathing and to recognize the point of no return.

Haha! I meant that sentence as an exclusive choice. You don't need everything - great first impression and something attractive about you (not limited to that list) usually is enough.

Do I really have to explain that raping is against someone's will? Extramarital sex has only willing participants. Get your analogies straight.

Yeah, get the lowest estimate of adultery rates and higher rates for assault where cheating wife was the main motive. There's really nothing to be afraid of. BTW I'm not suggesting anyone should do it. I'm just saying "if you want to - here's how".
/r/TheRedPill18/05/17 07:31 AM

And exactly how many such things happen yearly? And how many cases of adultery happen per year? Don't you think you're overexaggerating? Besides - I ride a motorbike, my chances of dying in a traffic accident are much higher that the following scenario: a) a husband finds out that his wife cheated on him b) he decides to find out with whom c) he finds out about me d) after all this time he is still angry enough to do something stupid e) finds me f) he is actually stupid enough to try do somethin…

So in your world "game" is the ability to not fuck up the interaction. In my world the interactions are usually longer and the girls are rarely "yes girls". The "game" is the ability to change "maybe, I don't know" to "ok, let's do this". I think we just have different experiences. Both can be true.

I hope anyone that tries this gets shot up by raging husbands Great way to hold up frame and not get angry, bro! Also: "no moralizing" is the rule number two here in case you've missed it.
/r/TheRedPill17/05/17 10:40 AM
1

I can't stand moralizing because you're telling me how to live based on your personal morals and ethics. They are not universal, they are not ingrained in the definition of masculinity - they are yours. Grow up and accept that not everyone has to live like you personally want them to. Because there is no difference between wishing "men should marry and have kids" and "women should like nice guys". It’s just projection of your own beliefs. I have no problem with you living that way. And you shoul…

My daygame experiences both in person and watching/listening to others suggest that charm/wit/personality/lifestyle are as important as physical looks if not more. YMMV
/r/TheRedPill16/05/17 09:53 PM
1

Ok, so you subscribe to "only looks matter" theory. I wouldn't say that was the case with the married girls I've slept with. I'd use much broader "charm". It's not enough to say "nice shoes, wanna fuck?" be it a married chick or a single.

There is a link in the sidebar called Rules. You can read there as follows: No moralizing Posts & Comments Reported as: No moralizing Nothing in TRP prohibits you from having and following a code of ethics. You're welcome to discuss why certain morals or values might exist, or their benefit in the context of strategy, however arguments that stem from morality (i.e. this is evil, therefore) are strictly prohibited.

Well you're making a straw man right now by saying all married girls willing to cheat are used up, thousand-cock-stare leftovers. Even those who married young and got bored. I'm sure an average hottie you meet at a club is less used up than a married girl... Oh wait, no, she isn't. So while I totally understand that you personally might not want to sleep with a girl who's married (or in a monogamous relationship) I'd say that it actually might suggest her n-count isn't that big. Especially judgi…

I'm a daygamer. I meet them during the day in random situations, usually when they walk to/from work or meeting. So no, they don't "dress like sluts" or "are drinking". "Easier to close" but "harder to find one willing to cheat" so it evens out. Do 100 cold approaches on girls in relationships and 100 on single girls you'll get equal number of notches from each group.

What risk? Do you REALLY think someone would confront me? Grow up. Plus I live in a country when no one has access to firearms. And I'm quite sure I'll usually be the stronger one anyway. Not that anyone would ever actually confront me and/or find out. So... what risk?
/r/TheRedPill16/05/17 09:17 PM

You contradict yourself. The game is required to pass as the candidate. It's not like "any guy will do".
/r/TheRedPill16/05/17 09:15 PM

That's exactly what I'm saying. In some cases you don't need to improve your game. You need to approach different type of girls.
/r/TheRedPill03/05/17 06:00 PM

I'm all in for confidence and being the catch. I'm just saying "to think you're Brad Pitt to her is delusional; you've talked with her on the street for 5-10 minutes; don't expect her to drop everything to see you". Granted, there is a difference between a 21 yo student who does fuck all day and a girl working hard to help her sick sister. There are different reasons for them to flake. Consider those reasons to "game" better.
/r/TheRedPill03/05/17 05:58 PM

That reasoning is flawed. You're not (and never will be) Brad Pitt. Be realistic.

Thanks! I just think a lot both when interacting with women... and talking to guys about their interactions. The latter makes me think much more.

My male friends are good people and guys who do fun, interesting stuff. Girls' interests rarely are in line with men's. Be honest with yourself. If she's attractive - you want her. If she's not attractive - you would rather be with someone who is.
/r/TheRedPill25/04/17 06:51 AM
5

just be yourself "Be yourself" works when you're already the guy you want to be and you have no problem getting chicks, money, work, hobbies you always wanted, etc. If you don't have those things then do not continue to be yourself! Change so you'll get what you want.
/r/TheRedPill24/04/17 09:33 AM
1

Why would you want to do that? If she's not hot - then wouldn't you want to spend around time with someone who is? If she is hot - don't lie to yourself that you don't want anything sexual.
/r/TheRedPill24/04/17 09:31 AM
2

Girls in general don't come to guys, at least in Central Europe where I live. "Improve until they come" is a bad advice to give to men. Most of men, regardless of how high their SMV is, are going to get IOIs at most. They still have to approach. In reality - I don't care about putting myself into a position where I have to passively wait until a girl I want notices me. I just go and talk to her, even while I'm doing my shopping or running some errands. It gives me the ability to choose.

I enjoy morning sex and I have never had any problems whatsoever with that approach. I'm my own sanctuary, my apartment is just a place where I live - no spiritual bullshit.

Two per week? Out of how many approaches? BTW I'm sure if you had ~30 girls this year you won't have any problem with providing some screenshots of text conversations with those girls to support your unbelievable claims.

In that context by being unavailable - cutting the date short, suggesting you have other things to do this evening. Don't blatantly say "I have to go, I have another date" but merely imply this. She'll get the idea.

What percentage of the girls will agree to come over to your place for a first date vs. those who will end up there after the first date (bounceback) or agree to meet you there for a second? Leave your fantasy world, you're scaring off interested girls.
/r/TheRedPill07/04/17 07:25 AM

Who said dinner? Who said a beer is expensive? Once again: the number of girls that will agree to come over to your place after 5-10 minute chat on the street is negligible.

I'm riding very short distances through the city with them. No high-speed craziness. S-sized helmet fits all of the girls. I guess not wearing full gear adds to the thrills. But seriously, I'm very considerate. Especially if it's her first ride. It's almost like she's a passenger on a scooter. You don't expect people on mopeds to wear full gear, do you?

Where did you get Tinder from? There is "daygame" in my nick. I meet the girls during the day. Good luck inviting a girl that you've met on the street directly to your house. Hint: you won't be able to.

These are SMX-1 R and are perfectly fine for walking around. On the other hand (or rather - foot) SMX Plus are the kind of riding shoes that are made only for riding.

That's true but also - and that was my point - they tell different stories. In the first one I could avoid talking about motorbikes. In the second one - I don't think so. Plus soon it's going to be too hot for either jacket anyway. That's when the fitment will really start to matter.

How would you introduce completely new positive qualities to your appearance post-first impression? The thing is: you can't. Read the example once again: "Ben: envious — stubborn — critical — impulsive — industrious — intelligent". You've started to add completely new positive qualities and what good did it do? Have you changed your personal opinion on Ben? Now this is of course statistically true and for an individual particularly fond of you (i.e. "yes girl") she might overlook your negative q…

I'm still of the mindset that if a girl likes me enough, she will ask me for my number, or ask me to go out with her. Not going to happen. I really need a girl to make it obvious she likes me, before I approach her. Not going to happen. Seriously whoever the next girl that I think likes me and makes it obvious, I will just ask for her number. Hopefully she gives me what I want. Hopefully the girl is at least somewhat decent. Not going to happen and that mindset will make your life so hard. I mea…

It depends on the situation. When you stop girls on the street and ignore all but one then inevitably one of the ignored will just say "let's go, we're going to be late" or something to that effect. And that's the end of your set. With bar/club/social events it might go the way you're describing.

I get it. That would never happen here. I work in a big and old company and all kind of ambiguous jokes are thrown down, up and sideways in the hierarchy. If someone is bothered by it then she can say so and she's usually omitted since that. The legal actions a girl can take on a guy that she's slept with and later had second thoughts about it are virtually nonexistent. If it's not literally rape or molestation at work she has no options whatsoever. Of course she still can try to get you fired u…

I've been asked about that few times - hence the post. I managed to pull off an office romance/fuck friend type of relationship few times at my current job so I’m speaking from experience. YMMV. Why do it? I don't know, maybe the thrill of excitement? I like comparing it to riding a motorbike. It's fun, it's dangerous, there are better and safer ways to commute. Yet, under certain conditions it's exciting and safe. I believe for sleeping with someone who you work with condition number one should…

There are cities where you can game in pubs and daygame as well (Prague comes to mind), there are where you go just for the daygame (Kiev) and there are those where it's just impossible to either. My point is - do your research and find out beforehand.

Explainations will come with the very next post. Spoiler alert: when we've dated the first time she was still a virgin. As for the anal part... One third of all the girls I've slept with have done anal. Trying not to be too graphic - the shit isn't there unless she really has to go to take a dump. So all "preparations" you need is a lot of lube (and a lot of patience).

Potayto, potahto. It seems like you're saying "game" is making you less unatractive (you're not self-sabotaging anymore nor you're scaring girls off because of basics and social awkwardness). The end result is still that "game helps".

From what I've seen with guys tracking their ratios (approach to lay) they do go down with time. So it isn't a matter of just approaching more women. I truly believe game is a skill set that can be learned. Of course if you raise your SMV at the same then you're going to get even better.

Hundreds of reasons why numbers don't turn into dates. The girl has to be into you. You have to aim for the balance between attraction, comfort, rapport and seduction. With all the bad ideas too much comfort + not enough attraction results in dates to nowhere. On the other hand lack of attraction or lack of comfort or lack of rapport makes the girls less willing to meet with you. When you play the lover role you can scare some girls off (but those who stay will be easier to lay). Aim for 5-10 mi…

I get a number every 3-4 approaches. Last year I've managed to get every 6th number on a date (well, the girl behind the number). I've slept with almost 30% girls I've been on a date (that includes instant dates). That's from last year. It changes every year (in 2015 my number-to-date was much higher but date-to-lay much lower). I don't like indirect as it leads to many dates to nowhere where there is no sexual tension and no attraction whatsoever. I'd rather lose a weakly interested girl than w…

If you're not making a big deal out of it they usually won't either. I've hit on the girls I'm working with and if you're cool after the rejection then they're cool too. If you suddenly stop talking to her and joking around her and you start to act nervous - it's you who causes the awkwardness.

Thank you for your insightful comment but I don't see contradictions in the things you're quoting. Putting a spike anywhere is essentially equal to providing a "peak level of stimulus". There are the same thing. Length of the date shouldn't matter for her memories as long as you don't let the excitement fizzle out. But for most people it is hard to keep up the great vibe for prolonged period. I do not mean "longer date = worse memories" but "longer date = make sure you are able to keep the date …

Most of my lays happen on second or third date. I've had my share of first date lays and I call it bullshit whenever I hear that you can sleep with every girl on a first date. Time? Resources? Making a dinner took me 20 minutes and the leftovers were my lunch the following day. Dinner is as good as an excuse for her to come my place as is "Netflix and chill" but dinner is cheaper as I don't subscribe Netflix. "Hit the gym even harder"? "No emotion at all" doesn't sound like a good thing. Don't fall in love, don't be overly excited but there should be some emotions present. Seems like you're masturbating using someone else's body, not having sex. However, if you’re okay with that then I’m the last one to judge. Live and let live. You're on the highway to the end of this relationship. She is hyperactive and likes to text - you don't. This is the root of the problem. It would've been manageable in the beginning but you caved in instead of not texting her back at all few times. Now it's going to be very hard to change that behavior. Instead of asking if she wants to come for a date (yuck) or just stating "let's meet at the town's square at 9" you give her false choice - "Let's go for some mulled wine. Is Wednesday or Thursday better for you?" - you're not asking her out, you already assumed she will say yes. Her first thought isn't "do I want to go out with him" but rather "when it's more convenient for me to meet with him". Of course if she's not interested she will still say she can't meet with you.

She's one of the girls on rotation now, of course I know it's temporary. However, I don't mind giving her comfort as long as she's not acting crazy and still sleeps with me. True. But if you approach constantly it also appears that you're doing it more "naturally". Just because you've done it hundreds of times it really became natural to you. So I don't need to approach an old lady or a clerk. And the girl won't see you "talking to a range of people in an easygoing manner" nor she will know that you have "a network of people". Whether you're calling it game or marketing or "displaying high value" - you can improve your results. And if you can improve your results that means you can negotiate attraction. On the contrary. I've spent my youth studying, working, being responsible, gathering resources, being in a really long term relationship and... not growing as a person. Now I'm starting to cash the checks. I've got a stable job, substantial savings and I realized all that is worth shit. Experiences are what's important. So yeah, I ride motorcycle, travel a lot, seek business opportunities, sleep around, learn new skills, help other people, etc. So I guess your psychoanalysis is a little bit off.

Obviously I wasn't really grieving - I should've put that phrase in quotes. But I won't say that wasn't a thing for me at the time. I was too excited! It was like someone gave me a candy and took it back!

When I'm daygaming I usually walk slower, this is just a compilation of videos I already had. Just before posting this I figured it's better to show something than nothing at all. BTW it's not that hard to have a good gait by yourself. I've never meditated but good music in your ears surely helps with your walk.

Best estimation tool for muscle gains is calories? It's easier to eat less calories when you avoid carbs. That's why I simplify that to "carbs make you fat". It's more of an "most carbs make you spike insulin and back to feeling hungry in a really short time; eat more carbs and the cycle repeats".

When you want to eat a snack and you eat 300 kcal chocolate bar then in an hour you'll be hungry again. Read another one and you already ate 600 kcal and still be hungry after two hours. Another bar? You're now close at 900 kcal... But when you eat 500 kcal of nuts you'll be satiated for hours. That's why I say "carbs make you fat".

Now I get it - it might be vague in the context of this reddit, the message is more clear when read on my blog. Besides working 9 to 5 I'm also a daygame coach and I'm definitely done with any idea of having girlfriend. I like girls, I like having few of them on rotation but I don't have a goal about girls that I want to achieve. Or as Scott Adams would say - I have a system instead.

Almost all approaches that I've done were after a girl passed me by. Not only I can check out her legs and ass but also it is much more effective if done properly (see the (in)famous Yad stop). And it's not forced, it's me. Pickup is just fun activity, why would I be so damn serious about it?

Run after her (this time with a cheeky smile!) and say something in line of "Hey we've just been staring at each other and there's a law that you should talk after that happens. I've never said it can't be done. But it's never the majority of daygame lays. For anyone, anywhere in Europe.
/r/TheRedPill15/05/16 01:43 PM
2

All the stats I got from European daygamers I care to believe (and mine) shows that laying girl on a first date happens in about 20-35% of cases. It's not a limiting belief, these are real numbers. To put it into perspective: out of 20 girls you lay somewhere between 13 and 16 won't be having sex with you on a first date. I'm talking about Europe, girls younger and/or hotter and pure daygame. I can only assume the numbers are different for the nightclubs and/or for the US.

I said that newbies can practice their opener/script in front of the mirror or on friends if they like. When I was starting I just went infield and practiced on actual girls. Some guys are even unable to start conversation - they are unable to experience anything that could give them confidence in dealing with girls. I guess they watched few pickup videos and just spam approach "hoping for the best". If only they have prepared themselves a little bit...

It depends on the culture/country. I imagine North America beign much different in that regard than Europe, especially center/eastern.
/r/TheRedPill03/05/16 06:08 PM

That's why I subscribe to the "be the best version of yourself" cliché. If that's your best then you should enjoy your success. I am - and many of my friends are - driven by goals. So achieving something rather than bringing fulfillment provokes questions: is this it? can it be done better/faster? is there anything else to achieve? What "unwanted legal attention" do you mean? Well, besides losing my driving license for three months for speeding, let's keep it about women.

I keep stats of my daygame adventures. Age of girls, perceived quality, quantity, number of approaches per lay, number of dates to sex - each of these is countable and can be improved. Then there are uncountable qualities. For most guys there are certain types of girls that are far from their staple lays (posh, model, foreign, teenage). Not to mention threesomes, foursomes, getting a girl straight off the street into your bed, etc. There is always a way to improve or a feat to achieve. And if I'…

I tried to make the point that Brad Pitt example is bullshit. You see a girl leaving a bus, you approach, talk with her for 10 minutes, get along nicely, eyes sparkling. But unless you are exactly her type (what are the odds of that?) then you are no Brad Pitt in her mind. You can be "that hot guy" but nowhere near celebrity status. To think otherwise is delusional.
/r/TheRedPill13/03/16 04:50 PM

I'm daygaming a lot so I have few slots each week set aside for dates. If that slot is free I won't make a big deal out of it. We've only talked for few minutes and I always have other things to do when she flakes. There is a difference between flaking "just because" and something actually happening so she can't make it or it would be too inconvenient (thus arriving in a bad mood).
/r/TheRedPill13/03/16 02:51 PM
6

Because she can't get sick, stay longer at work or have some family issues. That's the attitude I'm talking about - if she knows you just from the street stop and even if she's interested, you're not her top priority yet. Assuming you're trying to pick up girls with SMV higher than yours.

I can see that you want validation but this mindset is bad for you. We all like to brag every now and then about hot chick we've banged. If she's exceptional - fine. If you're doing this all the time - bad vibe. Getting external validation is like eating sweets or drinking alcohol to feel better. Sure it does help but think of what it ultimately does to you. True validation comes from within.

I wouldn't say attraction is binary but you're right in one way - the more attracted the girl the less "game" you need. In the end "game is played with 'maybe' girls". You don't need it for "yes" girls and you won't have any chance to shine with a "no" girl. You cannot say a girl is either instantaneously attracted or not because that invalidates whole theory of game. It's not like only first second of interaction matters - things you do or reveal about yourself can make her feel attracted.

that's what i mean by needing more data points to properly "train" your model. That's true and it ties nicely to the title: more action! i'm already assuming you're going for the easiest ones first. Surprisingly going for the easies ones is not usually the case. Given a very high work to reward ratio most guys don't want to waste that work on a "nice" girls. The go for the "hot" ones. Women are passive, they don't actively seek new sexual partners. Well, most of them, but you get the point. When cold approaching girls on the streets she knows you for 5-10 minutes, whatever tingles you've generated more often than not won't be enough for her to pursue a relationship. Or even a date. Remember male-female polarity: she wants to be seduced (by a guy with high enough SMV), she does not want to seduce a guy herself nor make anything easier for him.

Nice generalization there but false. Unless you know hundreds and hundreds of PUAs and they're all the same way. It hasn't been my experience though. There are other shades than black and white and many guys that are into pickup also read TRP and improve themselves. Of course there are some beta guys using tricks to bed women but to call “PUA is beta” on a reddit “dedicated to discussion of sexual strategy” is bizarre.

Coming from, thankfully, homogenous country I haven’t a lot to add on topic of race. But I have some observations from the guys I’ve taught daygame recently: age does matter. Young guys (18-24) can easily go for young girls but they won’t as easily get MILFs nor women approaching wall. When you approach 30 you’ll get a metric ton of attention from women 30+ and some of them are really hot (and the sex is always awesome). However – at that age you won’t be that attractive to young girls. You’re n…

I've never been in a Monk Mode and I really cannot see it's benefits. But many guys are going through that stage so I guess there is something there for them. The reason I've never went Monk might be because I've found PUA before TRP. One of the best thing I've read was "20% theory, 80% action" mantra from Tom Torero. Good advice. Don't fall into a trap of not speaking at all or not revealing anything interesting about yourself. If the girl knows nothing about you - you're equally doomed. Most guys I teach fall into one of two categories: The don't smile at all - hence appearing as scared, angry, dangerous or weird. The smile too much - being too excited they not serious nor attractive enough (clown-like). Now I'm talking about approaching the girls during the day. You need a smile to put the other person at ease during the opener and vibing. It's either she wants you or she doesn't. And when a chick wants you she will manipulate the fabric of the universe itself so that your dick just coincidently end up in her pussy. Let me just ask a question - are you seriously expecting a girl that talked to you for a 5 minutes during the day on her way to work would "manipulate the fabric of the universe" for you? That'd mean you have huge advantage of SMV over her (i.e. girl is way below your capabilities) or... delusions.

Are you after collecting numbers or sleeping with hotties? If you've got "hundreds of numbers" then do share how often you actually get to fuck the girl.

Numbers mean nothing. How often are you sleeping with said girls? I also do not like the "indirect" approach at all. I'd rather tell a girl weak compliment establishing that I'm interested in her and then build rapport/escalate. It makes numbers much more solid.

Yet every single on of them says that their baldness holds them back in regards to pulling girls. Because they're making an issue out of it. I know I did first 10-15 dates. It was winter, it was new thing for me, I was always looking for how the girls react when I take my cap off. And they do reacted, asked questions, were surprised. After that I assumed it's not a big deal. I could still get leads and dates and now the topic is rarely brought up unless I "confess" that I had long hair in the pa…

going bald at 23 is also a big risk for your sexual activities. That statement is as valid as "I need money to get hot chicks". It's a false assumptions that lives inside your head.

Hair is part of your identity I've had long hair before I shaved it to zero. Nothing changed other than it was suddenly cold (it was winter when I did that). Identity is in your head, not your hair. if you are younger than 25 and you are experiencing a receding hairline or hair loss in your crown it will wreck most guys confidence That's what I experienced and that's what I'm talking about. It wrecked mine. I shaved it clean and regained that confidence. And I'm not the only one. If you're fine …

I love the "I'm so 100% alpha now but there is this huuuuge issue in my mindset I want to ask about". Oh, and asking belongs to asktrp subreddit. I wrote lengthy reply assuming that you're sleeping with many girls and not just one after another like a chain of one night stands or short term relationships... but is it really true? You're banging few girls and you develop feelings for every one of them? Also - feelings aren't a problem. I suspect it's "revealing them" part that's an issue.

The not-so-old daygame mantra is "10% theory 90% action" (or whatever the numbers). You learn skills only by practicing them. You can read all the books in the world and watch every video about – for example – motorcycle riding but this won’t make you a rider. Only after you put some time (and thought!) into riding in different conditions you can actually learn the skill. And this applies to any skill - be it playing poker, investing money or seducing women. Learning basic theory helps - you'd b…

I was recently reminded by kind sirs here that running isn't bad for your joints. Unless you have some hidden problems you should be fine. Starting slow and building your mileage gradually is the way to avoid injuries like Plantar Fasciitis, Achilles Tendonitis, Shinsplints, Iliotibial Band Syndrome and even Stress Fractures (but these aren’t exactly “joint problems”). As for other issues with running... Cardio kills is the article that recently caught my eye at T-Nation but there are many studi…

I've never stated that I run less than 30 miles per week. I just wrote that you can run 40-50 km without much hassle. As for me hurting myself - I think I've learned enough about my body and performance that I can achieve my goal without hurting myself (more exercises, intervals, uphills, etc.). Last time I just started too hard too fast after the big race. I know of Daniels' (never read the Formula myself) but like I said - I'm doing what fellow runners were doing with lots of successes. Running three times a week is enough to run marathon in 3 hours and some minutes. I've seen this in my fellow runners and I plan to go below 3 hours myself this year. Yes, running three times a week. My half marathon time is 1:30, my 10K time is less than 40 minutes. On the other hand you're ranting without giving any advice whatsoever. And why would anyone assume that anyone here is offering advice without field testing it?

Never experienced that. Even after my long weekend run I'm horny enough to approach during the day/fuck a plate. I'm thinking the key might be all the other work I'm doing or maybe I have naturally high testosterone level. I have to check that out next time I'm doing blood tests. That said I'll definitely won't be running long distance forever. I want to qualify to and run the Boston Marathon and then I'll probably try the heavy lifting way of life. But that's not up for another two or three yea…

Great comment! It all comes down to burning calories. The more muscles you have the more energy (& work) you need to maintain them. In the long run getting bigger muscles by heavy lifting is the way to go... unless you have some reasons as not to become big. For me those reasons are my long distance PBs. But there are other ways too and as you nicely put it should be "workout thing", not "lifting thing". Maybe that message should be stressed in my post.

If you want to be jacked and big - you win. If you want to look fit and run marathons - I win (every kg of muscle is a burden when running long distance). I posted some alternatives to have a nice body. If your goal is to be in 95-99% of best looking bodies - yeah, my way sucks. If you're fine with being better than most men - you can give it a shot. All in all - there are replies, downvotes and people are calling each other names so it's a success. Maybe few guys will research more on their own…

Knees are fine. If you're not heavy and you're not doing fast long runs too soon you should be fine. That said - there are people with knee problems and running will only aggravate those. When in doubt - consult a doctor. If anything - start slow and short distance (5-10 km). Paranoia is sound though - the more you run the worse you lift and vice versa. There is small zone of synergy where doing one will help you with the other but you need to decide what's more important to you. I'm currently 7…

Oh stop already with all those generalizations based on TWO GIRLS. Texting is a means to an end. A tool. Nothing more, nothing less. Imagine those situations: You've met a girl on a street, talked for 10 minutes, then you went for 2-week long holidays. One (good) way to keep in touch is to text every now and then. Girl you're gaming is living in a different city/country. Until logistics will be in your favor you sure as hell going to text her. Your schedule is busy - you have many dates and just…

I'd advise against it. At least on Android when a girl sends me a message with 'Read Receipt' (or whatever is the equivalent) I've got a nasty popup asking whether I want to send the confirmation or not. It will look needy as hell if those popups would show on her phone with after every message from you. Oh and also there is no option to send those receipts without the other party requesting them so the whole issue is irrelevant after all. It might be just Samsung phones but hey, it’s the most p…

Nearly two dates a day, not five. Every day. For three months. Ouch. From first meet to Bed is a success. From first message to bed is a success. You're showing us different ways of messaging the girls and then completely take out the messaging out of equation when calculating success ratio (counting only those girls that actually showed up without those you lost while texting). I don't get it.

I'm almost 30 and I did what you've said when I was in my 20's. My confidence in my workplace had nothing to do with my shyness around women. I have to say I'm never afraid about money or job and I did pursue my passions. However it had zero impact on getting laid. Learning and practicing game changed everything. So yeah - solid foundations are nice for a solid life. Solid game is nice for solid sex life. Do both if you want both. YMMV but certainly do try it at home.

So what are the real measures? You wrote that you had 1547 matches and then estimate success rate as 5%/25%/2% (taking the lowest). Imagining you equally distributed your approaches that's around 10% success ratio altogether. It'd mean around 150 "successes". In three months? So what do you consider a success? Now you say that you've engaged 400 of them in conversations and met 150ish. In 3 months? That's 5 dates a day! Really? It would also mean that you've been able to date 40% of the girls th…

To clarify things: yes, we're still sleeping together once a week/10 days or so. After the "what have I done?" regret she did try to suck me into a sexless relationship. I told her that's no point in pretending we don't want to fuck because we already did. That worked and turned her into a plate. And I don't "hate" one night stands but being a daygamer I have to put more work into banging a single girl than pulling a bird from a club. Graphic pings are usually something you'd send a friend without even expecting response. You've seen crashed Lamborghini? Send it captioned "Phew! I'm glad it isn't mine! ;)". "This is so fucking beta. going to clubs, spam approaching and getting them drunk in hopes..." "This is so fucking beta. Approaching girls on a street and chasing them in hopes..." "This is so fucking beta. Using some app, texting hundreds of Tinder matches and chasing them in hopes..." I thought this reddit is about sexual strategies, was I mistaken? I think that's the difference between most TRP-ers and most daygamers. The latter bunch is used to long gaming girls sometimes from different countries and maintaining many concurrent leads. If I ping five girls like that and four of them reply and stay on the radar - that's the abundance. You're right that in the end she took the initiative and I jumped the hoop. I see this as losing the battle to win the war. Many people here see it as beta.

You're always waiting for her to tell you when it's okay to fuck. Either overtly (like in this case) or covertly. We all know how it is called when she's telling you it's not okay and you still do it... I'm not interested in being somebody's back up. Oh but you are. She's not yours, it's only your turn. Don't you remember?

It might look like that. Though I wouldn't consider writing her a one sentence long ping or sending her a picture a "hassle". There is a balance somewhere between staying on her radar and falling into oblivion. That being said I'll experiment with longer pauses for long game.

I take my hygiene, grooming and fitness really seriously. I think I do hold my frame, some girls are saying I'm too confident. On dates I tend to speak slow and low and I do now what to do in bed. Like I said - I too don't know why I'm not closing most of the girls. After reading all the replies and thinking about my game I suspect the problem is far before the bed. On the approach (maybe) and in the first venue of the date (probably).

Last point might be it. Yes, I did follow a model both on the streets and in dating. I've freed myself from one during the approaches and I need to do the same for dates. I think I had enough of them to just go with the flow (that is - calibrate).

That was special week - hence the field report. I'm working 9 to 5 but I always work out in the morning (and sometimes in the evening). So in total it's 4 workout sessions at my home, 2 lifting sessions at the gym, 3 running sessions (evenings/weekends). Of course meeting that many girls meant that I have to squeeze a lifting session just before the date and do my run in the morning. That resulted in not daygaming that much as I usually go out (aka sarge) 5-6 days a week - almost every day after…

No to nitpick but: you've pedestalized the girl which is clearly seen in the way you describe her, what's worse - you created an image of her as a prize starting with the very first sentence "I like me a challenge", you have nothing to actually report; you haven't even met with the girl! No summary, no lessons learned. This calls for deletion.

Instant date (or a coffee close as you call it) don't do me anything good. I found out that good 10-15 minutes street close is as solid as 1 hour long coffee. That said there is time and place for instant dates. If you're travelling and your time is limited then by all means do idates. That's the fastest way to same day lay. Bounce from coffee to a beer, to a drink, to your place and work your magic there. I live in a big city so I don't need to rush things (you loose some girls playing that fas…

Texting is the part of game I was overthinking for a while. Always wondering "what I could do better", "why she isn't writing back" and too many times I've realized what I've just done seconds after clicking "Send". Now I know what I'm doing, I know the goal and the road that takes me there. Of course there are always flakes and dead numbers and girls that go completely off radar. The other thing missing in this post is the environment where the approach is done. It's different in a bar or a club versus on the street during a day. Don't hit on her or give her a generic compliment. Instead, start a conversation with an entertaining anecdote or question, such as asking the group to suggest names for a three-legged cat or a store that sells 70s memorabilia. It may sound corny, but everyone loves to give their opinion. For example I'd never do indirect during daygame. It tran…

You never know for sure. That said - 20 dates over 3 months and daily texting is way too much for a plate. I usually text my plates twice a week and see them once in a week or 10 days. That'd mean about 10-12 dates in 3 months. But of course it could be anything else - something you did or didn't do. She could find someone else, sex could be not that great, you could be boring, she could be weird or thousand other little things. Amount of texting and number of dates is simply not enough informat…

I've never thought about the topic like that. but still I'm more convinced by the viewpoint of trp_hamlet: Don't do it because it's the right thing to do, do it because sooner or later she (because you suck at red flags) is gonna go batshit crazy and you'll end up dead, in jail, or on the news. There's nothing that causes a shitstorm more than "wasting her time/youth." Having abundance means that you don't need to keep playing and deceiving girls. That's a really good point - unless I'm exclusive with a girl she shouldn't be bothered by who I'm seeing. However the "we need to talk message" is sometimes asking to be exclusive. That's when it becomes her business and that's why I think you should be honest. For example, her friends will ask her every once in a while, "How are things going with insickness?" PUA nowadays don't advocate using canned lines nor they teaching a closed structure. Most of what I've seen stresses the need to develop your own style, your own lines and understanding of underlying process. Most PUAs give you a blueprint not an complete system to follow step by step. TRP is broader in whole different context. Most PUA advices are limited to pickup, dating, fashion, and spinning plates. Only few talks about lifestyle. Here people deal with much broader issues in a modern men li…

If game isn't real then it means it can't be learned. As many men already experienced through sheer practice and learning your results will go up. Call it social skills, pickup skills, game – whatever. Keeping looks, money and status on the same level and getting better results means that the game indeed is real. You can argue about how big part of a men’s SMV it is but it’s part of it for sure.

It depends on what PUAs you’re following. Some of them don’t have a clue what they’re doing and why. Others know what to do to succeed with women but they don’t really understand underlying principles. There are few that are good and at the same time their theories are well thought and tested. Some of them even can explain this stuff in a comprehensible manner.
