1	How do i even start to be charming? A bully doesn't necessarily have to be mean all the time. But in the situation you described he basically made you feel shitty in front of people to make himself look better. That's fucked up. Try to grow some thicker skin. Just say exactly what's on your mind. It will be awkward when you do it but in the end, it will stop such future behavior. 2	Any tips for being dominant in a group conversation? If you're always talking the ratio of intelligent/funny/cool stuff you're saying drops down. It's easier to dismiss you if 80% of what you say is irrelevant. Being a leader means being able to step in and out of the limelight at your own will. 1	7 years after learning about the game, I am yet to talk to a girl I think you need to put yourself in a situation where you can desensitize yourself to talking to people. Maybe get a job as a salesperson at a store, demoing products or if you can't just leave your current job, volounteer for a charity you care for.
