Just tried to make a post about this on the unpopular opinion sub and it was removed because the auto mod thought that I was saying false accusations should be punished, which is a common post there. Which is not at all what my post was about. I think what everyone needs to do is start pointing out that the data they use to quote the 2% are false also clearly state that only a similar number are classified as true. You have to either have evidence stating that the act could not have happened at all (and btw , cases where the accuser changes the date that the crime happened when it's proved that the first date would be impossible go under undecided and not false ) or you need to prove the mental state or proof that the accuser is lying.
