My husband relocated away from his family, changed jobs, and helped me financially so I could go to art school. It was over 20 years ago and I still tear up when I think about it. Like now I'm crying and need to call him and tell him how much I love him. If a person loves you they want you to be your best and will help you out.

Yes I am also in this picture and I don't like it. I really need to step up, figuratively and literally.

I waited until my 40s to lift and now I'm playing catch up. I'm super mad I wasted so much time on cardio because I hate it. I'm super envious of people who get cardio euphoria!!! It just makes me hot and cranky.

I dated a guy with a very below average dick. For 2 years. He always got me off in other ways I actually had no complaints with our sex life. PIV sex isn't super important to me. Unfortunately he was so god damn insecure about it even after 2 years of me begging and crying for him to either believe me and stop bitching about it and stop accusing me of cheating and to please seek therapy I broke up with him. And of course he blamed it yet again on the fact that I wasn't satisfied with his dick.

Right!!!! It's so aggravating. Everyone has the right to say no to an undesirable partner. I feel women are unfairly called out over it. We're told to be nice, smile, give him a chance. We do those things and are then called a bitch for saying hey so I tried and I really don't care for you. I'd like to not go out again.

Reddit really is some sort of alternative reality. If the girl unloaded like that on a guy and then threatened to call the police on him for harrassment and he dumped her everyone would tell him he sure dodged a bullet, good job!!!

MEn DoNt cAuSe DRaMa woMEN CAnT CoTRol THeIr eMOtiOnS!!! I've been hearing people say that my whole life. But it's not what I've witnessed in my life. I was in the military and I swear to god those guys were the biggest fucking drama kings I've ever met. They would be cheating on their girl then find out she was cheating (both of them are in the wrong, I do not condone cheating ever in any circumstance) and fucking lose it like yelling, throwing shit, physically harming themselves. It was wild!

Ugh just the usual MGTOW bullshit, we were all bitter old hags that were entitled bitches that couldn't get dates. We needed to be shut down because we were such a toxic community. Because now having standards is toxic.

I saw them bashing us here and r/witchesvspatriarchy yesterday. Yes yes women not putting up with your shit is so oppressive, we fucking get it. Like get a life I swear.

So I once stumbled on the "free use" porn subreddit and what you wrote seems like what happens right before that would become the norm.

I'm so sorry that happened to you and what a scumbag. My sister is in kinda the same boat. He made good money, she didn't work, he cheated, now she lives with me and works retail. I'm glad you're doing better and that's awesome you're going to nursing school! Hold on to that money girl and I wish you all the luck

Yes that's the same one! Very eye opening. And honestly I feel the same way. I don't think I would live with a man again if something were to happen to my relationship or husband. Like him or no one!

Oh man, I just can't with these dudes today. Now I know of course not every woman is the same and there are some out there that actually believe this bullshit. But almost everytime I've called out something someone's said online and they answer me with the ol' I'm a woman, I go through their post history and they most definitely are not a woman.

I recently read and article that might have been posted from here about older women not getting remarried or even living with men after being widowed. They took classes and worked part time jobs and hung out with their friends and took vacations and they were flourishing!!! All without men!

Right!!! The best compliment I ever got was when one of my regressive ass family members called my then 14 yo daughter stuck up and snotty about getting married (she wants to be a crime scene investigator, not get married and does not want kids, just cats)!!! I felt like I had entered nirvana.

Ugh no no no. That's why even though I've been married like forever I will not stop working. I love him and I trust him, he's a good man but shit happens and my life is not going to be ruined.

Yup it would be awesome, just like when I get called a stuck up bitch. It puts a huge smile on my face.

I would be out the door and on my way if he was hurt or sick but just sad, like regular sad no I don't think I would leave work for that. I would definitely stop and get him a treat on the way home and pamper him when I got there. And he'd do the same for me and I would never expect him to leave work and rush home because I was sad.

I'm sorry, I bet that was awful. I have a teenage son to and I am very honest about sex with both of them. Sex and all the things that can come of it are nothing to mess around with. I try to be reasonable about things so they will come to me if there is ever an issue. And I hope I've done a good job teaching them about respecting themselves and making sure other people respect them also.

My daughter is 16 and that just makes me so so sad to hear what this young lady went through at that age. And then to think so little of herself that she stayed with him 6 years while enduring painful sex where she wasn't even getting off!!! Damn.

Not losing yourself while in a long term relationship is key. I've been married over 20 years, I didn't let him walk all over me when we dated and I damn sure won't let him now. I still have my own career, friends, hobbies and interests. If you continue to make yourself a priority he should also. And if not drop his ass.

Yikes right. My husband does judo and never ever has anyone he spared with called him about that. He has friends in class that he sees outside of class but he's not having 30 min convos with them during our dates.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
