Dad taught me to work. He’s had 6 daughters and 2 sons. 4 marriages. I think work is life for him cause I wouldn’t have been able to survive the insanity at home. Got an English bulldog. I live about 5 minutes from work so I’ll come home on lunch to let her out and tug o war for a few. I work 5-10 hour shifts. Generally she gets a walk when I get home at 4:30. Start at 6:00am and she’s usually not awake until 9-10 am sleeps most of the day.

Most people in a gym are focusing on themselves... you may get a gym bro or two that want to help out with form or something. That being said gym anxiety is real. If you have the option of a home gym I would go for that simply for ease of access. 5x5 StrongLifts has you doing lifts around a squat rack and using majority barbell. The rationale male book number three “positive masculinity” has a massive chapter on this. You don’t have to have had read the prior two books but it helps with the lingo. I recommend all three anyway. Not necessarily mgtow but as I understand it the red pill is a transition starting point.
