For single mothers that's basically 2 weeks. If that long. My experience of women showed me that there's too many single mothers looking for a provider because baby's daddy(ies) tend to not want to stick around. But that's also due to the fact that either the guy is stupid and don't want to own to his responsibility(ies) or she's crazy as fuck. So I've steered myself away from them and have much less drama to deal with.

There's only one flaw in this logic. You take too many hits for your boss, and their boss will be the one to fire you no matter what your boss says. The person that's actually responsible will get away with fucking up many times and cost a lot of good people their jobs in the end.

Who the hell has cheating limits? It's not cheating if you're practically agreeing with letting her screw other guys and vice versa. You obviously have an open relationship, which means it'll be kind of easy to actually cheat without consequence. I'm not sure if I have any advice except get rid of her. The biggest thing you don't want to do if you use the agree and amplify method is to never get angry. That usually never goes well.
