Get this incident reported along with the victim and other witnesses. Whether the principal starts anything or not, the victim should go to the police to report the crime (talk to the SRO before leaving campus). Allow the principal and the police time to do their investigations. Hopefully she will be arrested/suspended soon, however, don't hold your breath.

The woman's argument was she was going the same speed as everyone else. The female judge told her that that wasn't an excuse. The woman had to pay the fine for speeding and court costs.
