You are showing 3 idiots, not 2.

If this is High Hill Ranch, as /u/Covacks has stated, then you should share this photo with them (https://www.highhillranch.com/contact-us.php), along with the date/time that you took the photo.

Not a sex offender registry because they haven't committed a sexual offense. Instead a false accusers list.

Neither could consent. They raped each other. Put them both in jail. Make their arrests public for all of the other students to see.

adultism?
/r/MensRights10/10/19 04:10 PM

Yes. In the street isn't the place to contest it. That place would be court.

And the Supreme Court has ruled they don't have to.

There is that, yes.

Of course she was treated poorly. A black person was convicted in court. Every black person is always innocent. /s
/r/PussyPassDenied23/09/19 02:15 AM

I see what you did there at the end. Evil indeed. I hope every one of the cases she sat in front of gets reviewed. This woman sounds unethical as fuck, and deserves to never do anything with the law again.

Excuse me ... sueing the babysitter? Why is a babysitter with the child that much to begin with?

This is true.

Agreed. I also like the idea that, once the person is out of prison, anything they post in the future must be accompanied with a like such as, "$Person has been proven to be a liar by $Court."
/r/PussyPassDenied05/06/19 08:38 PM

I'm sure Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter can add "This message has been proven to be false" to a post within an hour of the person being found guilty of a false charge.

Then why was she not shot? One, this is a female. Two, this is a white person. I say this as a white male.
/r/PussyPassDenied29/05/19 08:04 PM
1

If she was a black male, she would have been shot on that third step; and there would have been no qualms from reasonable people, after the video came out, because she was uncooperative and charged at the officers.
/r/PussyPassDenied29/05/19 08:02 PM
1

She looks sketchy af.
/r/PussyPassDenied22/05/19 02:19 PM

No. She has an agenda, and will go for the shop's money. OP needs to drop her as a client.
/r/MensRights19/05/19 10:19 PM

Drop her. She has an agenda, and will not be worth whatever money she brings in because she will take much more.
/r/MensRights19/05/19 10:17 PM

Hopefully you have laws to file gender discrimination under.

Add your passions include filing Title IX violations with the Dept of Ed.
/r/MensRights19/05/19 08:38 PM

Sounds like a Title IX violation. Play hardball.
/r/MensRights19/05/19 08:35 PM

Good. Go after the false accuser, the prosecutor that didn't do their job, and everyone else that should have stopped the shit show from occurring, but didn't.
/r/MensRights19/05/19 08:24 PM
4

You are right that it wasn't, originally. However, overtime, it has changed into its current state.
/r/MensRights07/05/19 04:09 PM

Talk to her boss. Her boss may be able to go into her office.
/r/MensRights24/04/19 01:07 PM
7

Fantastic to read you documented it, and went to the police. Now, take your copy of the evidence, make another copy, and hand it over, along with anything documenting her arrest, over to the boss's boss. I hope you actually documented the boss telling you no as well. That person needs to be let go as well. Glad your parents support you.
/r/MensRights24/04/19 12:42 PM

I hope the woman that did this to him has been charged with misuse of the 911 system, and misuse of the amber alert system.
/r/MensRights21/03/19 11:41 PM

I hope there is a special place in hell for people that make false claims such as this
/r/MensRights04/03/19 07:53 PM

Drugged up. Drunk with alcohol. Legally unable to consent due being inhibited and/or underage.

I hope he goes after whatever she owns, or co-owns, to get him, and his parents, back the $1M they have lost. And another $2M for their suffering, and mental anguish.

Some people have to make it about themselves. Ugh.
/r/MensRights23/01/19 02:11 AM

I'd demand my constitutional right to see my accuser. If she wants to file false charges, she's coming to court with me.

I hope he gets the kids
/r/MensRights10/01/19 01:04 PM

May she be made to suffer the consequences of her actions. I can see a huge divorce fight if she doesn't give him what he wants in the divorce.
/r/MensRights08/01/19 02:00 PM
2

That wasn't a slam, that was a murder. Glad Gutfield has called her out
/r/MensRights01/01/19 05:24 PM

Completely agree. To bring an accusation against someone, you have to be able to prove it, to the point that the DA's office will prosecute the rapist.
/r/MensRights28/12/18 12:23 PM

The child will see this on his/her own, connect the dots, and this "mother" will regret this.

Crossing state borders shouldn't keep anyone from making child support payments.

It's California, though. They are the land of fruits and nuts.

Lying to Congress is a crime. And her lawyers should as well for lying to her.
/r/MensRights07/11/18 08:19 PM

It's in the article.
/r/MensRights07/11/18 03:33 PM

Yes, only if it can be proven that the accusation was false, versus an unproven rape. Also, the identity of the accused needs to be protected until the end of the trial.

30 years of jail each, register as a sex offender anywhere they live, and they each have to give him $50,000 in restitution, they are to start working towards that while in prison, at whatever the prisoner labor rate is.

Dude, chill. How about this, fix your error, and thank the other user for pointing it out.

How sad. What would be worse is if neither of them is the father.
/r/MensRights23/09/18 04:47 PM

Allowing someone to go through jail because of your lie, and they had to actually stay years behind bars, and is only exonerated because you came clean to them, and only because she didn't know she was being recorded? She needs to suffer worse than him and knowing you are going to die as a prisoner is the worst way to go.
/r/MensRights23/09/18 02:16 PM

He needs to go after her, and her estate. This includes the trailer she lives in.

Death penalty? For lying to the court, causing an innocent person to be incarcerated.
/r/MensRights23/09/18 10:38 AM
3

Exactly. I'm surprised no one has challenged this to the Supreme Court. Being there are no reasonable exceptions, such as kidnapping, jail, or illegal termination of employment, then it should be unconstitutional.
/r/MensRights20/09/18 01:26 AM

That's exactly what that quote from the article is, utter bullshit.
/r/MensRights01/09/18 06:37 PM

Only 18 months for that? I've seen druggies get longer sentences.
/r/MensRights18/08/18 04:54 PM

When all they have to do is sniffle the phrase, "he raped me" and get all of the sorry for you attention they could ever want, and get you tossed into jail, and make you lose your job, all in one swipe? Fuck that shit.
/r/TheRedPill10/08/18 02:02 AM

Yes. And the owner needs to be sure that he/she is following that list of requirements that they have.

It's the one argument that mean the difference between you being in jail or not, or kicked out of a university because of a Title IX lawsuit. Some females are finding themselves looking in this direction because the male was kicked out, and has now sued under Title IX.
/r/MensRights10/07/18 01:30 PM

Yes. When you are drunk, you legally cannot consent to anything, nor sign contracts. https://www.stsm.org/myths-and-facts-about-sexual-assault-and-consent

Both were drunk. Both should be charged with rape.
/r/MensRights10/07/18 12:26 PM

Yes. And that is what he is doing. I hope he can have money garnished from her, wheather it's benefits or a paycheck for her part in this. As far as the school system is concerned, may the school leaders have to resign and have to have 2 jobs to pay for what he went through.
/r/MensRights08/07/18 12:30 PM

Yes, you are reading that correctly. It's absurd that they did this to him.

I wonder if going in to sign new paperwork would have worked better.

International Men's Day is November 19.

Tell him to find a Title IV lawyer, and sue.
/r/TheRedPill21/02/18 03:17 PM

If, and this is a big if, it is provable that his second application was denied because of the accusation, despite finding the accusation was false, would be actionable.
/r/TheRedPill21/02/18 03:15 PM

More indentured servitude than slavery. That is a lot of minimum wage work. If you take half of her 40 hour week to give to him, it will take about 5 years for her to pay this up.
/r/TheRedPill21/02/18 03:08 PM

But it wasn't reported to police, nor was he ever charged. It went from an accusation on her blog, to him suing her for libel.

/r/MensRights27/01/18 04:53 PM

Taxpayers. Either way, y'all are screwed.
/r/MensRights17/12/17 08:05 PM

Don't thrg have insurance for this sort of thing, should they lose the suit against them?
/r/MensRights17/12/17 05:51 PM
11

But why sue again when he can just file to have the school held in contempt of court, get what I would suppose would be the same judge, the judge gets mad, and jails the heads of Title 9 Office for a week, and then shuts down the office.
/r/MensRights15/12/17 04:50 PM
33

Yeah ... time for the judge to hold the school in contempt, and as a part of that, force change at the school. A part of me wants the accused to change schools so he can get a fair shake in the future, while another part of me wants him to stay just so he can show his face and make them uncomfortable.
/r/MensRights15/12/17 02:28 PM

Ewww
/r/MensRights12/12/17 02:37 PM
8

Yep. And then once the police determine the accusation was false, it's too late to take back statements because they have already been published. More of the accused need to go after their accusers financially via a lawsuit if the police won't do their jobs and charge them with the false report, misuse of justice, and anything else they can find.
/r/MensRights11/12/17 02:32 PM

What about men in need?
/r/MensRights22/11/17 12:25 AM

IG?
/r/MensRights19/11/17 04:20 AM

Thanks for this. I think I could go through that every 6 months, if for no other reason than to remind my false accuser of what she/he did twice a year, every year, until it is paid off.
/r/MensRights14/11/17 03:03 AM
15

If he persues this he can get her to pay. He'll have to refile either when she claims she won't ever pay, or when she hasn't paid it in several years, and has the court to take it from her pay, or from what ever government benefits she gets.
/r/MensRights12/11/17 07:59 PM

Time to get a lawyer and go after all 4 of them. Those officers didn't do their jobs, and those women need to learn to keep their hands to themselves (as I'm sure they tell their children in the grocery store).

they would need to build so many prisons, have to pay massively for child care, and can not hold a victim of crime (the male) liable for costs and expenses thereafter. The money it would take to start doing this would, at this point, be huge. Also, once women realize that they wouldn't get away with this shit, it would stop. They would lose the child at birth, be in prison/jail for 10-15 years, and then once out, they would get the child back, and get zero support from the state, except for the …

I doubt he would either, but some teachers are very dedicated and see such an incident as a bleep in the grand scheme of things and use it as motivation to move up higher into the higherarchy of education.

With the Duke Lax case, Durham DA Nifong decided that. After reputable DA Nifong decided that, Duke University made its decision. It was after this that the DNA came back from Crystal Mangum's panty with 5 guy's DNA on it. Once it was discovered that the Duke team was innocent, DA Nifong should have dropped the case, instead he allowed it to continue. In this incident, I'll give it to Duke, because they based their actions on charges brought by DA Nifong, instead of a Title IX Kangaroo Court.
/r/MensRights12/04/17 12:04 PM

No. What does the Duke Lax case have to do with this?
/r/MensRights11/04/17 12:05 PM

That should be enough for a charge of conspiracy to falsely charge someone with rape. They shouldn't be afraid to come forward. This woman just made that more difficult. If it can be proven that there was a conspiracy to falsely accuse someone of rape, no matter the gender, should be charged, and be made to serve jail time.
/r/MensRights07/04/17 12:12 PM

Wow. A preemptive allegation of rape? Lock her up, next to Hillary.
/r/MensRights30/03/17 12:24 PM

They are accepting public money. That means they have certain rules they have to follow if they want to continue to accept those funds. Is your objection to a child documented? Can you prove she has either lied to you? Can you prove her dishonesty concerning taking any medication or having medical hardware inserted that could have prevented this from happening? If you can't to either of those, your best bet is to come back to the US, hire a lawyer, and face the judge, and hope that you ex will talk herself out of money.
/r/MensRights08/04/15 05:06 PM

This is the only way to get them to stop perpetuating false accusations. Between this and getting DAs to actually file charges against false accusers and making the jail time an impediment against filing false charges (30 years?).

I have to agree. This is so ,much like the Duke Lacrosse case, it's sad. The main differences is with this case, the DA's office didn't get involved, it wasn't drawn out, and no one was actually charged with the alleged rape. False accusers need to be arrested and charged and serve the same amount of time as the rapist. Good luck to the fraternities that were affected by this article, as they start their lawsuits with Rolling Stone.

Raleigh/Durham, NC television station WRAL has an online archive of the Duke Lacrosse case. The archive links to their timeline of events, as well as stories of the lawsuits the team members filed against various entities involved, as well as the NC Attorney General deciding not charge accuser Crystal Mangum with false accusations. http://www.wral.com/news/local/page/1074184/

That is very sad. I feel for both of you. It will take the falsely accused to persue charges against those that lied about them, and even suing then for the damage they have caused. Just like the Duke Lacrosse accuser should have gone to jail, just as the prosecutor did for his part in that horrid fiasco, the girl in your case should go to jail.
/r/MensRights08/12/14 02:54 PM

Damn ... I can't find her image anywhere. I can understand not using her image when she accused him of rape; however, once it was discovered that she lied, her image should have been plastered everywhere for the world to see what a liar looks like.

Seriously, more of the falsly accused need to go after these women civilly. This way, even if the police won't charge them, you can get them back where it hurts the most, the pocket book, and when they don't pay up, you can take them back to court and eventually the court can take it out of their paycheck, and this way even their boss will know what they did.
/r/TheRedPill07/10/14 02:48 PM

Let her come see you. If her parents do anything to you or your property, don't be afraid to call the police and press charges--and take photos while waiting for them.

Two words: Duke Lacrosse She only spoke iwth the DA of Durham for 15 minutes and he brought charges on the whole team, and then toke it down to 3 players. And then the DNA evidence comes out and we see the semen of 5 (5!) in her panties. After what they were put through, the Attorney General of North Carolina didn't bother to prosecute her. At least the DA got disbared, and some officials in the police department got into trouble.

Just this morning on the radio I heard about two men that were freed from 30 year sentences that they were wrongly convicted of. It is sick. Normally, I would say that yes, "everyone deserves forgiveness". However, when the accusation you make can ruin someone for the rest of their life, there is no forgiveness for that. I cannot forgive anyone that ruins another person's life. Look at the three players from the 2006 Duke Lacrosse Team that were accused of rapping Crystal Mangum. Their lives have been ruined forever.

You are winning against her, so don't give up now. Before long, your son will be able to see what is going on, and with kids rights being what they are, he may one day be able to see all of the court filings she did against you, and he will remember her coaching him to say you hit him, and will realize what a horrible person she is and will have nothing to do with her. Keep up the good fight, hopefully she will be found in contempt and she will be busted and will eventually learn not to mess with you. I have heard that some fathers in a situation similar to yours will produce videos to put on YouTube, or other video sites, to show their kids in the future that they do love them, miss them, and are fighting for them. They do this so their kids can hopefully see it and know how shitty the other parent is.
