| 5 | How to pickup while running?As a runner, I find the running community is generally very open. You can get the attention of the woman you want to meet by just talking to them during a break or at the end of a run is probably best. The "I've had fun trying to keep up with you" tends to get a laugh which might be a good opener. From there meet up for another run.
