An introduction to Generation-Z and whats to come I think we can say these trends are leading to shorter relationships, whereby the woman is alpha shopping, but usually then getting pumped & dumped when she finds one. It seems to me that this dynamic sustains friendship groups that contain equal amount girls and guys (including girls and guys that have previously been in relationships with each other), assuming the guys are beta.
