2	There will never be gender equality until society thinks it's worth discussing that 19 firefighters killed in the line of duty were all men as someone who has done undergone a little bit of firefighting training I have to tell you that it requires a good bit of upper body strength when you are in the real stuff so it is no real wonder why there aren't very many women in the profession. To get my father on mine There was a form that had to be filled out and notarized and my mother had to sign it. 1	Finally! Everyone sign! Yeah I feel the same way about affirmative action. Why should I get benifits or be required to hire minorities, as opposed to the best person for the job too many good people get discriminated against by this and in construction being white is a curse because if you don't work hard you will get canned, but if you are a minority you can be a bit lazier than a white man and get away with it because they have to have a certain amount of minorities hired. 1	I'm a proud MRA. I thought my wife was, but it appears like she's the exact opposite. Looks like I might be getting a divorce. I would go as to say that I do not believe that one is better than the other. I would say though that each one has strengths and weaknesses and one gender could be better at certain things than the other, but honestly I think they work to balance each other out fairly well.	/r/MensRights	14/01/13 06:39 AM
