I dunno if she actually expects me to sell house and move so I didn't entertain a specific number or percentage. It seems outlandish to me. I do want what's best for baby, but also what's best for me. there's some overlap, but generally we live in an affordable area with a 3% mortgage. STBXW can certainly afford to buy/rent here. I can't afford to move to her family's state. It's HCOL. I'm trying to be reasonable in my negotiation with her, but she doesn't seem to share that outlook.
