It's not just women. Little guys are also cocky and faster to get aggressive and fight at bars and stuff. Like if you are shorter then 5'10 as a guy you have this "little man" syndrome.

I pay zero child support. And have my son Monday to Friday and he is with his mom on weekends. I also don't ask her for child support.

I don't like it when mother's try to use withholding their child as a weapon against the father. Or vice versa for that matter. 50 50 custody will be the norm soon enough with both parents prolly having to work. So child support will become less of a thing going ahead.

I would follow up with ESS staff via email, http://www.unm.edu/~ess/ess_staff.html, and just ask if they offer programs for high school students in STEM. And if they email you back saying yes, specifically to underrepresented cultures, send them an email stating what if you are not from those and still express interest in doing summer programs similar to that? I'd be interested to see how they respond.

Maybe they should create a union. And do collective bargaining rather than one on one bargaining. Ppl talk to much about business and c-suite level discrimination. It's such a minority of ppl that it doesn't matter.

Child support isn't a loan you are paying off. There isn't interest on it usually.

Is there some kind of family responsibility office(FRO) equiivlant in the US? Where they garnish cheques automatically? I guess there would need to be a lot of agreements between states and banks etc. Where as it's more consolidated Canada.

Similar to Marge's write in campaign against itchy and scratchy on the Simpsons in the early 90s. Wasn't that based on someone actually writing in to the Simpsons as well? One thing about Fox prior to Disney buy out, always willing to take a chance.

Read up on that university of Cincinnati case that's a title 9 ongoing thing as well with the drunken hook up where the male accused the female. It's similar, it's all just to bring all this drunk blackout sex being called rape to an end on campuses prolly.

Japan's economy isn't based on growth, it's based on stagnation. You know here in North America we are build more expand etc. It's like the opposite there for their economy.

I'm not American, but it seems to me you at least ended democratic party croniness by voting for Trump. The DNC might come back as a better run organization with better canidates that can be respected. All all you had to do was vote in Trump. 4 years of him might be good if you get 40 of better democratic leadership on the backside of his presidency.

Look at Rough Night, the Scarlet Johansson movie from a a few months ago...bombed critically and commercially. And its a remake at least premise wise to Very Bad Things starring Christian Slater from 1997, which also wasnt a great movie, and i think flopped as well.

When someone dies whether you meant to or not there is usually a manslaughter charge. You were involved in an accident where you are at fault and he died. Sounds like manslaughter to me. One of the better pages from a relevant 80s Batman story: http://68.media.tumblr.com/56f704b6ddef729ee0b9524eda16d05d/tumblr_mh3mn5mWz71re7db0o1_500.png

Ennh. You have to wonder when we are going to do the inverse then. You can't expect a different group to take major action on an issue affecting a different group

It's both. Infanticide carries a max prison sentence of 5 years in Canada. Children are the most vulnerable and least protected legally by our system. I remember reading something about mistress's having a high rate of killing their illegitimate children over a century ago.... I think alot of it is based around post partum issues and parents having lack of sleep etc and knowing that it can be crazy house with an infant in some cases.

Lawmakers need to realize rape can happen without penetration. However there will probably be a case where a woman anal rapes a young boy with some kind of device/object where she will be charged with a real rape and get the book thrown at her. Because that's what it boils down to: the penetrator will always be the aggressor in the eyes of the law.

Kyle Rayner's gf was killed and stuffed in a fridge by Major Force I think in green lantern volume 3 in the mid 90s. Gail Simone, also a comic writer was the first.one to.question this mode of killing a superheros significant other and cited this instance from green lantern. Hence the women stuffed in refrigerators. I'm not sure of the exact issue number. But Green Lantern volume 3.

You should of told your sister to first off alert the school that someone not regularly picking her up is coming. And you could of walked to the office and stated to the Secretary that you were there to pick up your niece. These seem reasonable rather then waiting for school bell when your niece isn't expecting you to pick her up

Wow I live in Canada and never heard of this...infanticide has only a 5 year max jail term? I understand abortion is legal til what 12 weeks in Canada? But this is a baby...fully born and killed. That's homicide to me. Doesn't need to have its own term. Post partum depression is a thing...but murder is murder. Reading this we adopted it from Great Britain and women got slaps on the wrist for killing their babies because often they were the result of a tryst between employee and employer....as la…

And I love how the judge ordered a substance abuse evaluation when she gets out. Just struck me because I remember the prison report on Last week tonight with John Oliver where almost every prisoner is ordered to do this because of bribery by companies and/or judges having stakes in those companies

both parents incomes are factored in and amount of time spent the child. Here are some examples Say parents 1 makes 50 000 a year and parent 2 is unemployed and makes 0 the child is eligible for 500 dollars a month in support. if custody is 50 50 since parent 2 makes zero parent 1 would have to pay parent 2 250 dollars a month in support. Are you following? Now say custody is 75 25 and parent 1 has the child 25 percent of the time. They would have to pay parent 2 375 dollars a month. now lets sa…

you're an american citizen the FRO or equivilant in N.S. wouldnt be able to garnish your checks they wouldnt have cross border authority to do that. If they cant cross provinces highly unlikely they will cross international borders I highly doubt the US would extradite you based on having just found out you are a father and not paid child support in the week you have known. Or saying that have the canadian crown attorny want to extradite you Child support concerns shouldnt even be an issue
/r/MensRights12/10/13 06:03 AM

actually thats not true, you can get reassessed based on your tax return to recalculate child support year after year. make more pay more, make less pay less. however if the parent receiving child support or the payer doesnt initiate the process it doesnt get done

as a single father in ontario and having gone through a similar thing ill speak on this. As my lawyer and family court judge told me, anytime you act as a father to a child in a relationship you could be deemed eligible to pay child support by the mother. A mother could have the bio dad and say ex step dad or future ex step dads all paying child support in ontario at the same time. Fortunately for me my sons mom didnt come after me for child support regarding my sons older half sister who i acte…

i just remember reading at the time that Rihanna started the fight by hitting him several times, then he gave it back to her. Both of them were wrong to do what they did but both of them have anger issues.

Because if they keep bringing it up they have to bring up that Rihanna is a spousal abuser as well. The both of them are crazy serial abusers and Chris brown just took the brunt of the punishment.

Maintain a stable home, every year get custody and support payments reassessed as per your time and wants with the children. Custody isnt a set in stone thing. Changes in situations happen all the time. And if you have joint all the better. Come with a plan tho
