How do you enjoy sex with someone knowing they actively don’t want to and are only with you for your money damn

I think Michael Phelps does look a little stubby tbh. This is just my personal preference, I like an elegant look and long legs. I think more goes into it than we are conscious of because when I find a celebrity attractive and look her up she is almost always in the slightly taller than average range. I can’t explain why I can tell Alexandra Daddario is a little taller than average with no context, I just can.

As I said, I think that short people with long, elegant limbs and necks are attractive. I don’t think I have blinders on, it’s my weird thing so I’m more attuned to it than most I think, and it’s just rare for me to see a short woman who seems as elegant and well proportioned as an average or slightly above average height woman. Same for men tbh. And I used to work in a bike shop, shorter people really do have shorter legs and arms and longer torsos (again, on average).

More like just different standards. Older women likely aren’t looking for a man to raise kids with, so they don’t have to worry about how much money or how responsible the guy is. And if you don’t have to worry about that you can select for looks/good sex, which a young guy is better for.

Most short women. If a short woman has elegant proportions I still find her attractive, long legs/arms/neck, but that’s pretty rare. Stubby legs are the biggest turn off for me.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/11/22 10:39 PM

Likely because height is a signifier of good development/nutrition. It’s a genetic fitness marker.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/11/22 10:34 PM

Idk any women under like 40 who don’t like pretty boys. Prefer them tbh

That’s an extremely naive perspective. In a romantic relationship attractiveness is the currency. Valuing attractiveness highly is fine, but men here should understand that you can’t “make up for it” with money/etc. that’s how you get cheated on, a dead bedroom, etc. The real redpill is that the more attractive than you your partner is, the less sexually attracted they are to you.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/11/22 05:05 AM

Why is it so hard for men to understand that women value looks too? I’ve dated men only slightly less attractive than me, and sex/cuddling becomes just a performance at best and repulsive at worst. The only time women are choosing to be the more attractive one in a relationship is if they are sacrificing their own sexual attraction and satisfaction for the power leverage of being the hotter one.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/11/22 05:00 AM
2

That’s not what makes women attracted to men. It can be appealing in that it makes for a good partner. But If you want to talk about biology, looks are what make women sexually attracted. From that perspective genetic fitness is the only thing that matters.

How old was she?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/11/22 05:39 PM

I do not think it’s possible for 99% of people. I think when women say they grew more attracted to a man, it was a man who already passed their baseline for physical attraction, but some other circumstance changed. On top of this, sexual attraction almost always diminishes over time in a relationship so I think it would be a very rare instance that a woman was more sexually attracted the 3rd year of dating a man then say, 3 months in.

Is this a joke? The lead male is below average and his love interest(s) are stunning. Delusional.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/11/22 10:27 PM

In movies that are targeting a male audience. Obviously they’re gonna show an average guy with a supermodel, men are often delusional enough to believe they can get a hot girl without being hot. You’ll notice in movies targeting a female audience that the gap between the lead female and male love interests looks is never that big. Because women can’t even suspend disbelief to believe that an average or below average girl could be with a supermodel hot guy. But in movies that target female audien…

Both. Overwhelmed in personal experience, paired with a dislike due to seeking to avoid characteristics that the majority of straight men share. I am very aware that I’m looking for a needle in a haystack.

Actually I think a study was done which showed when men interact with other men they humanize them, but when interacting with women their brain perceived them as an object.

I would imagine it’s likely for the same reason women are less likely to get remarried, and men get remarried as soon as possible. marriage increases mens happiness and decreases women’s, in large part because of my point above.

Western society is skewed? Lmao ok. First of all, we have no example of a matriarchy, societies across the globe have patriarchal roots because women are easy to overpower, so all societies will reflect what men want. If you want to see what women want, look at what they do when given rights. Show me one society where women gaining rights and autonomy in the workforce hasn’t led to age gaps closing in and women valuing looks more highly. I can’t believe I even have to argue this, it’s extremely …

Men leave their sick spouses at much, much higher rates than women do. And before everyone comes in saying that study was debunked, it was redone with the same findings. Men think of women as things with levels of value, not people. To men if your “thing” gets sick, it’s value drops and you get rid of it. Redpill men aren’t mad because they believe they have a greater capacity to love than women. They’re mad because they can’t have the shiny toys they want.

Women stop preferring older than them around age 28, which lines up with the genetic fitness theory. Sperm banks cut off donors at age 35. Purely from a biological perspective, age is really important in regards to sexual desire, because generic fitness (or more accurately perceived genetic fitness) is king. Mating strategy can have lots of social influences that cause people to take other things into account, but purely from a biological perspective genetic fitness is it. That’s actually likely…
/r/PurplePillDebate05/11/22 05:55 AM
3

Experience? Experience has nothing to do with biology. Neither does a man’s ability to provide. Those are just things women sacrifice actual attraction (again, age and beauty) for. Or used to anyway because they had to. Those are social trends. Biology, aka lust, is 100% genetic fitness (handsome men under 30-35).
/r/PurplePillDebate05/11/22 05:32 AM

Climate science is not vague lol, and unfortunately it looks like projections were overall conservative, as we are blowing past markers sooner than anticipated. A lot wrong? What are you talking about?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/11/22 03:29 AM
2

What? Of course we are. On a biological level youth & beauty aka genetic fitness is literally the only thing that matters. Anything else is socialization. If anything, it’s more important for women, as we are the pickier sex. Higher age for male partner=higher chance of miscarriage, birth issues and deformities, not conceiving at all, etc. But we will sacrifice (a little) on that attraction to have our partner be more attracted to us.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/11/22 02:32 AM
3

Yeah, everyone is attracted to youth and beauty lol. In our cavemen minds youth and beauty = healthy pregnancy and offspring. But women often sacrifice on their desire for youth and beauty by choosing same aged partners, to ensure that our partners are still attracted to us. It seems like men instead max out on youth & beauty in a partner and will sacrifice on reciprocated attraction, which is why I asked my question.

What’s interesting about this is that you know that escorts/mail brides etc don’t want you, that they’re only with you for money. And it seems like the fear with high n count women is that they’ve had better, that you aren’t their first choice. Which I get, I wouldn’t marry a high n count man or woman. But isn’t that jumping straight from second or third best but she still wants you to a guarantee that she doesn’t want you?

You can literally make up a story for anything, to justify anything. It is not backed by any kind of science. It is magical thinking, and it’s dangerous. These are the kinds of stories that enabled and justified slavery, etc. For example I could say men are incapable of deep pairing bonds because they risk so little from impregnation. Or that society has brainwashed women to accept older partners, when really on a biological level women would exclusively want to have sex with men under 35 becaus…
/r/PurplePillDebate05/11/22 12:25 AM
12

That would negate your theory that men form more “genuine” attachments that are impossible to break.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/22 11:02 PM
5

If that theory were true, why would men leave sick partners at dramatically higher rates than women? (And before anyone says that study was debunked, it was later redone with the same findings).
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/22 10:39 PM
12

I actually agree with that point, but as with most things on this sub it’s not because of some biological truth pointing to a yawning gap between men and women. If you look up studies of that phenomenon, you will see that it is believed to be because women have much stronger social bonds beyond the romantic relationship, to the point where they are often the thread tying the men they are with to other types of socialization. So when they break up, he loses a romantic partner, but also her friend…

I think if most men cared about erotic validation they would value youth & beauty less in a partner though? the greater the disparity in looks between you=the less attracted to you she’ll be. I think this is why women tend to sacrifice looks for that validation by generally choosing a partner around their own age. Although it seems like more women are choosing younger guys so who knows.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/22 09:53 PM
4

I have a question: does knowing that the younger/more beautiful than you your partner is, the less attracted they are to you bother you and make the sex less enjoyable? I just turned 24 and the guy I’m dating is 21, and I feel like he’s so much more attractive than me and it worries me sometimes, even though I’m super into him. And that’s not even a huge gap. I always wonder this when old guys hit on me, do you just not care what the other person thinks/feels? if so maybe sex robots really will …

No they can’t Jesus Christ women are not another species this sub is fucking ignorant. Some people are like that, others are not it’s not gendered.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/11/22 09:32 PM
16

To be super blunt, this is unusual and I think it’s likely you are seeking out women who are maybe more attractive than you, and the transaction they expect in return is $.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/22 05:57 PM
1

Yeah my first instinct was the one who looks younger but really it’s neither or if absolutely forced the old looking young guy.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/11/22 02:36 AM

Honestly I don’t see it brought up often on this sub, but the psychological impact of the looming climate crisis has been extremely difficult for me and I think many others. I’m not having kids not because of it. Not because I think the world is gonna end in 50 years, but because I think you will need to be wealthy to be able to move to/have access to clean water and air, nutritious food, a climate you can go outdoors in. And that’s hard, I wanted kids.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/10/22 02:26 AM

No. They cared about height, but no where near as much and the ideal was shorter, 6 feet instead of 6’3+. And that was just 1-2 decades ago.

I realize that dancers at times engage in sex acts w clients as well, but outside of those situations there is a big difference in terms of mental & physical health risks between OF work/dancing and actually engaging in physical sex acts with clients. And I’m not just pulling that out of my ass, that’s what studies/surveys with sex workers show.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/10/22 06:08 PM
12

But men are the ones who value looks more.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/10/22 04:55 PM
2

Of course, but attraction isn’t always logical. Aging/fertility cues have an impact regardless. Like a 20 year old woman might be infertile while a 40 year old woman is fertile, and you can know that logically but but from their appearance still be more attracted to the 20 year old yk?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/10/22 03:06 PM
7

I’d think it would be the exact opposite, especially for long term couples. That youth/fertility would inspire lust and the tenderness/romance of a long term attachment would be the appeal of a 40 year old woman. Cuteness make us want to protect and take care of things, and that paired with signifiers of sexual maturity usually equals attractiveness. I think men who are more into neoteny/cuteness are gonna see a steeper drop off in any kind of attraction to older women then men who prefer the “s…

I actually don’t think frame is as important as it’s made out to be. My friend was joking about being able to wrap her hands around her fwb’s waist and all my other friends were saying it was hot.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/10/22 12:54 AM
2

That’s true on a case by case basis, as some men bald early in life and some later, but from a macro perspective baldness in general indicates an older man & the disadvantages that come w age.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/10/22 12:50 AM

I think this is really under-appreciated. We want what we can’t have desperately, and then when we get it just move on to the next thing. I’m a woman who went from obese and ignored to thin and conventionally attractive. I have attention from attractive men that I used to obsess about and my past self literally never even dreamed would be possible, and there was definitely an initial dopamine rush. But the carrot stick and obsession just shifts to the next thing, that’s human nature.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/10/22 07:55 PM

Plus if you want kids, you’re really rolling the dice if you have a son with a women whose shorter than average. Hopefully the focus on height is a trend, but I know egg and sperm donors already have caps on height and look for above average.

That’s not true, many many short men are in relationships. Probably more than 40 or 50+ women tbh

This is super true. Men care a lot about face, and women would swipe right on Frankenstein if he was over 6’.

Others have already said this but one more vote: It’s multifactoral, there is a baseline for looks, and money does not influence those factors one bit.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/10/22 07:32 PM

I wish we could dispel the notion that money can make someone more attractive, or “bring a 7 up to an 8”. It can’t, unless it’s going towards improving your looks. The amount of money it takes a less good looking man to get with a woman is the fee he pays for her to sacrifice looks, not an amount that magically makes him attractive.

I don’t mean actual Seth Rogen lol. I mean the symbolic Seth Rogen, movies/sitcoms/porn etc. is constantly portraying below average/fat/older men in romantic relationships with beautiful above average looking women. It’s gotten a little better in recent years, but it’s much a greater and more influential phenomenon than vice versa.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/10/22 12:28 AM

Girl. That’s all men have been told since the dawn of time, Seth Rogen gets Katherine Heigl etc.

I mean, even if this happened, height is the number one feature women are selecting for and the mothers height is part of the kids genetic makeup. Most women don’t have the genes to have 6ft+ sons.

Men are statistically far more likely to be hung up on exes, particularly a first love. Likely because they are less likely to have the emotional and social tools to fully process the break up and move on. But I get the fear people have that your first love is the deepest. In my experience with relationships, with the proper healing you can love just as deeply and madly in relationships after that first great love.

You are literally describing the Madonna/whore complex. Not a gendered thing, for some people insecurity=excitement, safety=boredom.

Oh man I wish more studies were done on gender differences! But the Evo psych theories are closer to a religion in that they can’t be proven or disproven. You can’t technically disprove god either, you just look at all the evidence pointing to whether or not he exists and make an educated guess.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/10/22 09:55 PM

The history of it for one. Evo psych/phrenology has been used for centuries to justify certain power hierarchies, and the claims made under these kinds of pseudo science have been disproved almost every time science advances enough to test it, or society shifts enough to show that the biological assumptions about gender and race or whatever is actually just the result of socialization. If you want a breakdown from a scientist I would search for the opinions actual biologists have about the field…

This is kinda fun. From what I’ve gathered about the redpilll through this forum, it’s greatest failure is that it’s foundation is built on pseudo-science. Evo theory is a joke, and it’s kind of like finding out one of your friends passionately believes in astrology. All of a sudden everything else they believe is called into question. That shits embarrassing. I think the evo-theory stuff is largely an attempt to moralize what is essentially a scramble to try to get back the leverage which the w…

Yeah ofc! I’m sorry I don’t have the links, but the 28 years old stat I remember from the famous ok Cupid study. I can’t remember the source I was reading about the older woman/younger man couples, but if you look up the “age disparity in sexual relationships” wiki and add up the older woman/younger man stats it adds up to around 12-13% of all couples.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/10/22 06:44 AM

Actually studies show women prefer someone about a year older until they themselves are 28, and then they prefer their own age/a few years younger from them on. Not to mention that in the past 50 years older woman/younger man couples have grown a lot in popularity, I think they make up a little over a tenth of all het couples. Regardless, this subs fixation on older women somehow gatekeeping younger woman from older men is just so wild. I’ve literally never had an older woman warn me off older g…

I think the majority of men will prioritize looks over intelligence every time, but that their ideal would be a hit girl who is smart/funny but not quite as smart/funny as them. Or is intelligent in ways that don’t threaten the kind of intelligence they value most in themselves. But also, who cares. As a woman you have options, and within those options are likely men who depart from that equation. Your job is to vet very carefully on first dates until you find a man who values intelligence over …
