Female lurker enjoying the discussion of this thread-- And because of this reason, I personally make it VERY clear that false accusations are 10x worse than the accused transgression. I usually hate the first month in new fields because my male coworkers don't know where my humor/boundary is; which basically leads to pussyfooting until they realize, I'm there to put in good work and if a dirty joke flies every now in then, why keep oneself from laughter?
