I reported it and they asked "how is this sexual harassment?" 1 Rule - If its anything close to sexual harassment go straight to HR and demand a copy of the dated report. With sexual harassment never go to your manger because there maybe collusion. Go to HR or your state's Labor Relation Board and say 'I feel this is a hostile work environment and I no longer feel safe in the bathroom.' That will usually trigger a reaction.
