1	Woman lies about sexual assault, refuses to go to police, sued for defamation, is somehow still the victim. The code of conduct violation the university is saying they are responsible for is the code against against sexually assault conduct. You seem to think the level of generality is higher for university adjudication, but it’s not. This is like saying when a court finds you guilty of arson, it merely finds you guilty of violating “criminal law.” What code of conduct do you imagine the university tribunal is finding the student “responsible” for violating?
