Do those countries suffer those problems at a higher or lower rate than the US? Or is 'all or nothing' to you? Does it have to be a "magical panacea?" Or can it just be an improvement?

I paid $22k in "employee contributions" to my family insurance plan last year. On $133k income. There is no way I'd lose money on the deal and I am firmly middle class.
