I assumed all other information was equal besides gender. I'm sure rates/premiums vary in age group. I agree that my idea is too idealistic. The problem with my idea is that in a free market, other companies will offer more specific rates and attract more low-risk clientele. This will draw away from the "communist" insurance provider and force them inflate their premiums to keep their higher risk individuals. It's bad business and it would never work. I was merely arguing for better rates since …

The problem here is that it generalizes genders infuriating people within the gender that feel like they are not being represented fairly. My previous comment was a poor suggestion. Why not just have insurance rates for "people" instead of male and female? This way you eliminate the need to properly categorize.
/r/MensRights27/07/11 02:15 PM

The math still works if you up the female fee and lower the male fee and try to make it seem equal. But I think that would probably upset people more than it should.

I don't think it has anything to do with Mens Rights. It's technically supposed to be considered "art". It's trying to make a statement and I think it's successful in the message it wants to convey. The funny thing is, while the media is concerned that the toenail color was pink, it's actually the gender biases associated with colors that are causing all of this. Whether a man or boy wants to color his toenails or fingernails is up to him. It doesn't automatically infer that he's homosexual or w…

I disagree. the color does matter as it only reinforces the shock value that the ad is supposed to give off. If the color they chose was black, the message would be a little more ambiguous.

fyi, 4 and 5's don't play the same game as 8, 9, and 10's. ignore unless that's what you're looking for. if you are, this subreddit is not for you.

it's all regurgitated material from mystery. i remember buying a pirated version of his 9 disc set from way back. what was said in those dvd's were fully regurgitated by other PUA's in the following years which I think probably pissed Mystery off because he later (sloppily) made a book that described all his theories a good 3-4 years after the dvd was first introduced.

You're very correct. I believe this is very basic and originally explained by mystery. There is a point where you have to seem impressed by her (after you've done your dhv). You have to make her want to impress you (this can be as easy as asking her what she's up to and reacting to the least expected thing she says) but when she's obviously trying to do her own dhv, you need to listen up and be like "no shit, (fill in here with something that says you actually care about what she did)" This make…

Seemed flawless because it was natural. You were coming from a confident and positive place. I'm sure the fact that you were working out for a little bit and getting your blood flowing helped out with your state of mind. Good read.

I think there's also an element where she feels like she needs to feel like you're deciding on her and not just sniffing around for some ass. Handle it how you want, but you may need to make it seem like you only choose the best and brightest.

you have to go there the next day and pick it up. If you have no need for your ID, have other methods payments, and want to keep the night going, you shouldn't worry too much about your cc at the bar.

that is very judgmental of you. an attitude like that won't help you get laid. also, the spoken word (what matters) does not generally need a grammar or spell-check.

stop drinking alcohol. just because you're at a bar or club, doesn't mean you have to drink alcohol. some of my best nights out happened while drinking only club soda.

no Edit: downvotes? are you serious? have you seen streetcar named desire? the last time I checked, rape was when there was actual sexual intercourse. Brando may have been a drunken buffoon in many of his scenes, but he didn't rape her. Also, it turns out she's a self-absorbed, manipulative wench with a desire to be a part of some fantasized tragedy. So the "effect" that Brando seems to have on her in this scene is actually her partially enjoying the company accompanied by her desire to be desir…

Despite what you think is working for you, it's her being awful to her boyfriend. She's obviously got her own issues in her relationship to deal with and you don't want to be in a relationship with a person like that to begin with. If you think seducing a woman who is morally compromised is an accomplishment, you don't know shit. Try seducing an attractive woman of high value and with watertight morals. You won't find any tougher game or a better catch. Also, the game is not just about wetting y…

you may be right. I think I may have missed the underhanded comments in the article in search of the "evidence", which I had construed in my head as a ridiculous argument made by women and therefore linked that with the opinion of the author. critical reading fail.

Yea. I guess some guys forget that there are women on our side also. Edit: also, isn't it somewhat obvious when she starts giving analogies with curtains and how she eludes that the "surprise" babies aren't actually surprises but women being controlling.

Yea, what DD also fails to mention is that it isn't always full throttle cocky/funny. You gotta tone it down a bit sometimes, mix in some sarcasm, and generally make it seem congruent with your own natural personality. You can demonstrate cockiness with non-verbal cues as well. I think that's also very important. Mostly, I say go for whatever fits you, but make it seem congruent with your personality. If it doesn't seem natural, your entire game is blown. You don't need tricks to interest women,…

Ok, so Style takes it one step beyond Mystery, but it's not like without practice and reflection you couldn't figure it out yourself. DeAngelo comes from a different place. Inner game not only helps you become a PUA, but it also helps you lead other aspects of your life.

I don't think you get my point. What I'm saying is that you can have the girls around but don't make it seem like you need that specific girl. Appreciate her, demonstrate value and all that but don't try to play the pity card.

Comfort is holding me back. You call that comfort? Strangely, I know where you're coming from. I have it from time to time and I'm pretty sure it's cowardice. The only way you're going to overcome all of this is to confront it head on. It may seem like a wall at first, but once you realize these fears are just figments of your imagination, you find the walls are made out of sand. Don't douse yourself in escapism or habits that encourage it. Read personal development blogs/books out there. I reco…

If I were you, I wouldn't use this time or their pity to hook up with them. I would use this time to raise value to them, show them I don't need them even in times of pain, but choose to have them around anyway. Your leg will heal; don't waste this time trying to cash in on these girls' pity on you. If you do, once your leg is healed up the girls will most likely leave and your game wouldn't have improved a bit.
