Um... that's a really rough analogy, man, and not one that works. If men want to protect themselves from this, they need to be aware of what the laws are. Like the truck analogy raised earlier -- if your friend says, "Come borrow my truck," and doesn't leave the keys in it and locks it, you can't just break a window, climb in, and drive off.

I agree with you, but I think it's very important to note that the trial was probably much, much different than OP is making it out to be if he made incriminating statements like that.

I get a throwaway every time I post on /r/mensrights, I'm really pretty prolific and I'd say about 75% of throwaways here are me, pro- or anti-mens rights, however they're taken. I don't want to not be taken seriously because I disagree with some posts.
