Isn't 'utilitarianism' the opposite of "Whats in it for me?" I.e. "What is best for the great good of humanity?"

This is a tough but much needed discussion. These views are controversial today but were normal prior to this mess. There is no question that mother nature has given a clear advantage to men in many attributes (strength, math / reasoning, emotional regulation, testosterone (and all benefits stemming from testosterone) > risk tasking ability, muscle recovery, resource procurement, stamina). You can have a discussion about one-side without bringing in "what about women?". You can then have another discussion about the other-side. This is a variant of "what-aboutism" "the technique or practice of responding to an accusation or difficult question by making a counteraccusation or raising a different issue." It derails the discussion at hand.
