I’ve been taking a vitamin for magnesium and that alone has done a lot of the heavy lifting to bring my T levels back in order, pun not intended.

I take preworkout, magnesium, iron, a one-a-day, fish oil and vitamin D and have noticed a marked improvement in sex drive. The preworkout has creatine. I’ve been taking it for a year and a half on/off and haven’t noticed much hair thinning. Moms side of the family has MPB but my dad and grandfather on his side are perfect on hair. Hoping I take after them.

I’ll echo the others and say this was good to read. I had this happen to me a few months ago completely out of nowhere and this was her primary reason for the breakup: she just didn’t want a relationship anymore. I think I bored her, idk. But what’s done is done. Probably the worst part has been my lacking amount of male friends I only noticed post-breakup. I like doing shit on my own (traveling, lifting, going to the beach, etc) but there are always times where I wish I was hanging out with lik…

The "maybe he's gay" shit happened to me when I was in my younger days. Chilling with these college freshmen and brought them back to my room to watch Netflix. I didn't make a move or anything (still in my heavy BP days myself and made the mistake of trying to be friends first) and later I ran into one of them and she was surprised to hear I was in a relationship. She told me she thought I was gay because I didn't make a move, and I just laughed it off. Seems like a very common defense mechanism…

I got white parents that do the same. Make me pay for my car and everything related to it, insurance, groceries and a small stipend for rent. Sucks since I'm just scraping by with minimum wage full time and paying my tuition. It's a fucking vacuum and I don't know where the money goes. I'd move out but I don't have friends who could be roommates and it's too expensive to live on my own here. Once I graduate college I'll be pulling up the roots and moving to the opposite end of the country from m…

Great read OP. Gonna personally sticky this one. This explains a lot.

Not if you're confident outside of that setting. About half of the women I've met have been from outside my frat's sphere of influence. I made the mistake of joining a frat associated with my major and most of the guys are nerds, so it makes me a standout among my group, which is nice.

Pick a frat you want to join, and do some research first. I rushed and haven't regretted it. Went from total beta leaving high school to dealing with more plates than I ever have my entire life. It's fucking great.

One of my personal favorites they told me was one day a recruit came in being completely lost and he screamed at him saying "Holy tap dancing Jesus private you're as useful as Helen Keller playing musical chairs!" He said he came up with that on the spot, I called bullshit, but it's still hilarious.

A couple of buddies are Drill SGTs in the military. I've picked up some of their humor (some of it brash, some of it great) and incorporated it well into my game.

Body Weight exercises are always great to get started, and once you can afford one (save your money!) go out and get a kettle bell! Walmart has them I think. Once you get body weight exercises down get started with more complicated shit like kettle bells.

Location moving certainly helps and is something I first picked up on from Roosh. The more you change locations with her, the more connected she will feel with you and the more you look like a leader taking charge of the situation.

Good to know, this is what I'm looking for to be honest. With a 30 hour workweek and 18 credits of classes I can't spend all my time at the gym and get 8 hours of sleep.

Is there a specific program that's good for new guys? I just got a job and can afford a membership to my local gym, but I've been doing endurance exercises with small weights at home for about a month now and I've noticed some slight gains (arm exercises primarily).

This is pretty much on point. I had a job this past summer that really pushed me out of my comfort zone (and helped me further swallow the pill) and had me approaching women almost daily, and it felt good. Shit, I got so good I approached my former boss once she left my department. But once I felt oneitis come on, the fear came back, and I've been slowly working back into it. Thanks for the validation OP, use it or lose it!

Definitely mentally strong, I love to interact with brain games, books, chess, and the like. As for physicality, I've been playing a lot of volleyball lately and lifting. Lifting has only been 3-4 times a week for the past two weeks. My best tool is time in that case, which I've come to realize. Thanks for the advice.

I'll be sure to utilize "that's not how we behave". I've had people say this to me in the past and it really is a soul crusher.

I've started speaking slower, I'm really good with eye contact, so I've got half. Need to stop laughing at myself and stop moving out of the way for people. Thanks a lot for the tips.

This to me has been the hardest part swallowing the pill; it's a very crucial point to grasp. I was raised all my life to bring trouble to no one, and I would have reacted in a blue pill manner given the situation. I've spent 20 years not being confrontational, any tips on swinging my behavior in the other direction?

I can't grow a beard to save my life, I just feel lazy when I don't shave. Probably the longest I've ever gone is 5 weeks without shaving and it didn't grow much. I keep clean and I feel great and look great, despite looking like I'm in 7th grade. It's just about being confident with the look you can best pull off.

Man this entire post just pisses me off. For one, if the guy is a former Marine with PTSD, she should be doing her best to help him out and be supportive. That shit isn't easy to deal with and can take a lifetime to overcome. Second, she's being so damned hypocritical! Holy shit. I wanna tear her a new asshole, seriously...

Exactly. Anything that keeps the brain mentally active and the body physically active. I for one picked up running and calisthenics, and I feel great.

Put the video games down. Okay well that's a start to improving yourself. Wine and dine the fuck out of a beautiful girl. Well you tried. Dropping the video games is a start, but the next step is a no no. Find something you're passionate about, and pursue it. The girls come later. I'm 19 and I know that holy goatfucking Zeus.

Believe it or not, this is what attracts females the most (at least what I've found). Doing stuff for self-improvement is the only reason to lift weights and become a better person in general. I'm 19 (I found TRP early) and started college this semester. I went from being an anti-social high schooler to getting numbers at least weekly, marginally better for someone who didn't have the testicular fortitude to ask someone to prom.

In a word: yes. In two words: fuck yes. Men will always gravitate to STEM fields. Women are allowed to go after STEM fields but I don't see them ever dominated my women. I am currently in Engineering, and we have two girls in our program. If this isn't proof I don't know what is.

This sounds like before I started swallowing the red pill. In high school I was the one that wouldn't cheat and would stay faithful. Learned my lesson after getting dumped on a few times.
