Since time I met her she keeps bragging about how high value guys have tried to hit on her. This is a narcissistic trait. She feels so bad about herself on the inside, that she has to make up for it by making you feel inferior. She probably doesn't even realise this yet. Even worse ... narcissists only like other narcissists, and they have little empathy for others. They can have a life of boasting about themselves and each other. How do I respond to this ? Run .... run away.

My experience : move on. They are stalkers if you try to dump them. Plenty more fish in the sea.

Stay away from her until she has therapy. Such a big topic. Their problem stems from a strong fear of abandonment, and constant need for validation. This makes them exhibit most / all of these behaviours : . Judge peope to find out if they are "safe". They see others as all good, or all bad, and jump between the two. . Self harm. This can be physical cutting in extreme form. They do it not to gain attention. They do it to get a sense of what is real and what is not. Self harm can be other things…

When I used to go out, we used to have a friend like this. It's very easy to fix: Find someone you're not insterested in. Make a move. Wait for the idiot to pounce. Talk to the person you are interested in. We did this several times, and it was a fun game to play over the months. He ended up getting some ugly chick pregnant and moving in with her. But the funniest moment was when he gave some chick a French kiss when she was in the kitchen..... After she had come down from giving his friend a bj…

but there are times deep in night I wished I could push a bit more getting to know the individual(girl) better. bullshit. You get to know her better during a walk in the park, or some other activity. Women want to feel safety and control before they pick you.

Fail more. Turn your attempts into having 2 minute conversations with as many people as possible. This will help you maintain diverse conversation, and reduce your neediness. I had best success by taking to groups of girls at once. That way you are not a threat to them, and you have to be alert and friendly. Who cares if they think you are stupid? You know you are moving to another conversation in two minutes anyway.

I'm in love/infatuated by her. Your logical mind knows this is a bad thing. It is correct. date me again if your interest in me is true, since you didn't give me a chance last time - or... accept Ultimatums never work. Nobody likes having their choices decided by others. What worked and what didn't? Learn to accept what you cannot change. Don't try to 'rescue' her. Being a rescuer never results in a partnership, it results in an unequal codependent relationship that is sure to fail. I'm looking …

Anyways, I want to tell her basically, "Im done chasing, have a nice life Msg her something like this : "I feel I have to terminate our relationship. On several occasions, you've made arrangements with me, but something else turned up so I got pushed side, or you forgot, or I had to wait for hours . Whilst I don't expect commitment, I feel that when you arrange to see someone, that you should honour your agreement. I don't feel very respected. You say I take up your time, I feel you don't respec…

what would you recommend me to do? Recognise that neither she nor you are ready for a true partnership. She is a hard person to deal with, because she is likely to push you away one moment, and pull you back the next. Understand that the brain chemicals causing your emotionality on the subject and how you react to her are powerful. They can override your rational, logical, thinking self that kicks in when you are not around her. Although she is like the sweetest sugar, she is bad for you in larg…

She has a fear of abandonment. There's a book: 'loving someone worth borderline personality disorder'. I'm not saying she has the disorder, but people with that have: fear of abandonment, lack of sense of self, need for validation, act over-emotionally to their environment, feel shame. Book will help you listen, acknowledge, and validate people like this.

This is the easiest kind of date ever. Not sure what is being called a 'no no'. I find people really open up when they take you to their favourite spots. When you are in an area that you don't know very well, their local knowledge comes in useful. Just start any outing casual. If it's not working out, either of you can leave. Eg. A local park, a coffee shop. Just keep your attitude fun and casual.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
