If this were illegal, half the bars/clubs in the country would get sued because of "ladies night". You can discriminate even if they are in a protected group, but it can't be arbitrary. 2	At my highschool, boys restrooms were converted into all gender, girls restrooms were not. Stupid. Admin shouldn't be surprised when they find female students sucking off the football team in the all gender bathroom, but not vice versa.
