I don't think anyone who is game aware would use it, but I'm interested to see if BPers pick it up, or if it really is a catch 22 like theultimatecad stated.

Interesting analysis. I've had friends respond with "that's evil/wrong" when presented with the idea of dread, so you're right, it might indeed be a catch 22.

I came across a link to it on 4chan the other day, just thought it would be interesting to hear what TRP says on something like this.

What I find so odd is the fact that this post-menopause woman continues to behave as irrationally as an emotional teenager - I've heard post-menopause women describe the experience as "getting off of the emotional irrational rollercoaster". Good to know that it isn't always the case.

Hopefully, though you never know - people often embrace TRP concepts with open arms, but become dismissive and irrational when pointed to the community promoting them, as if a label suddenly taints the information somehow.

What would be the most RP way to respond to her asking why I suddenly cancelled?

My goal is to see if I can plate her; I was looking for advice from more experienced RPers in order to figure out if that was actually a possibility in this particular circumstance, or if I should bail now as the only possible outcome is to become an orbiter. Thanks for the advice.

Thank you for the advice. Would a hands-off/stone cold approach be better than the standard way of being exciting and escalating with kino, then?

This is exactly what happened in my last LTR of 2.5 years - I took her out on dates, was romantic, we had sex, but i never felt like she really wanted me as a man. The exception was a moment when I was so pissed off at her that I genuinely stopped taking her bullshit and ignored her excuses, effectively becoming an alpha in that moment - and when she then tried to have sex, I could tell that she was looking at me differently. She was aggressive, forthcoming, and visibly lustful - such a contrast…

The irony is that they themselves would almost certainly want to date "unreal men" rather than men in comparable shape to themselves.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
