Because the look of a person determines if you are actually attracted to someone and then you go further and talk about hobbies and stuff. Would you hit up a dude not knowing what he looks like? The type of men that they are they most likely think you are ugly and embarrassed to show your face and their low effort is enough to get laid.😑 Hence why men that just want to fuck don't care about faces. So without a picture of your face you probably attract precisely the type of men you do not want.

Are you in therapy? The most important thing would be to work on your mental health and physical health. First of all you can work out at home. There's plenty of free resources for body weight training or cheap equipment. The make up and fashion thing can be learned it just takes some time and effort. For all the things you want to change you need patience and perserverance 🙌🏼
